The person on the other end of the phone laughed softly. “At least you still have some conscience. Seeing how down and out you are now, how about this? If you don’t have anywhere to go, you could crash at my place for a bit. When the storm has passed, we will make plans. How about it?”
Zhao Yifei narrowed his eyes. He really did not believe that someone would be so kind-hearted.
The person on the other end of the phone did not receive a response from Zhao Yifei for a long time. As if he had guessed the concerns in Zhao Yifei’s heart, he laughed lightly. “Don’t misunderstand. I’m not suddenly showing mercy and offering to share your burden. It’s just that we have been working together for a period of time. Zhao Yifei directly drove home to pack his things, while the person who was on the phone with him looked deeply at the man who was chatting happily not far away after hanging up the phone. He reached out to put the hat behind his head and turned around to leave.
Zhao Youming, who was chatting happily with a client, turned his head as if he felt something and looked over, only to find that there was no one behind him.

The client beside him saw that he was lost in thought and called out to him several times. Only then did Zhao Youming stir. He apologized and chatted with the client for a bit more before putting this matter to the back of his mind for the time being and sending the client out. Since Sun Fengzi’s matter had been exposed, An Yue’s matter naturally could not be hidden anymore. “How could there be such a vicious woman? What does it have to do with her if someone else is pregnant and giving birth to a child? She actually attacked Yue Yue time and time again. Isn’t she afraid of retribution for doing such a wicked thing?!” An Qi became angrier as she spoke, her face flushed red.
An Yue hurriedly grabbed her hand and comforted her, “Sister, isn’t there nothing wrong with me? Don’t be angry, don’t be angry.”
“Yeah, it’s not worth getting angry over that kind of woman. And she has already suffered retribution.” Duan Yarong now hated Sun Fengzi to the bone. An Qi nodded and turned her attention to An Yue. Still a little worried, she asked, “How are you now? Are you feeling unwell? Did you ask the doctor to come over and take a look?”

He only knew how to drink! He somehow managed to keep himself drunk throughout the entire day. His parents and I are worried that the kid would drink himself to death.”
