Although it is said that not all Treasure Artifacts are necessarily tier 9 or even tier 10 equipment, and equipment above tier 9 is not necessarily a Treasure Artifact.

Nebis is reputed to be a Legendary Alchemist capable of Life Refining.
The combat prowess of this profession itself might be lacking, but no one dares to provoke a high-tier Alchemist. One reason is their social connections with many strong individuals, and another is perhaps due to the special nature of their professional abilities, they can easily enhance the tier of certain caster professions.
