With a bang, the door closed behind them.

"You better take care of yourself," she responded.
He didn’t like that response.
Suddenly, he pinned her down under him:
It was a mix of threat and intimidation!
Lu Jing wasn’t scared and rolled her eyes again:
"Get off, you’re too heavy," she retorted, annoyed.
Lu Jing herself weighed barely ninety pounds, while this man was over a hundred and sixty pounds, almost double her weight.
"Where am I heavy? Besides, even if I am, haven’t I never crushed you?"
When have I ever crushed you?
After grasping the meaning behind his words, Lu Jing’s cheeks flushed red:
"Could you watch your language?"
Could you stop with the innuendos, please?
And even if you don’t care, others do.
Jiang Ye burst into laughter, amused by this quirky woman:
"Do I only need to watch my words?" he teased.
Hearing this, what didn’t Lu Jing understand?
And she could already feel something was off.
