"You are not planning on getting pregnant, right?" Blaze asked, his expression serious and his voice tinged with a hint of foreboding.
"I...I...No..." Amelia said laughing feverishly. "Why would you even say that?" She pinched his nose playfully. "You already told me you didn't want children right?"
"And you're not planning to have kids in the future?" Amelia asked, her heart pounding as she tried to slip out from under Blaze's scrutiny. But he seemed to have her trapped between his arms with no plans of letting her go.
"I don't know, Amy. I don't think this is the right time to talk about kids. We just professed our love for each other last night. Let's get to know each other first and see what we like and can tolerate. Let's define our relationship. Let's take things one step at a time. Let's not jinx this moment. Okay."
Amelia forced a smile on her face, even though her heart was aching. "Okay."
"Can I kiss you now?"
"No." Amelia rolled her eyes.
"Did you just roll your eyes at me?" Blaze furrowed her brows playfully.
"Maybe." Amelia giggled.
"Then you should be punished," Blaze said, showering her face with feathery kisses, while tickling her on the side, making her giggle even more. He loved the sound of her cute laughter and the way her almond-shaped hazel eyes sparkled like a million twinkling stars.
"Have I told you that you have the most beautiful pair of eyes?" He asked,
"No." Amelia stopped laughing, as she stared passionately into his eyes, temporarily forgetting about her worries.
"Well, you have the most mesmerizing pair of eyes I have ever seen. The way the colour changes when light falls on it always leaves me completely breathless. I love the way the golden and something green tones pop up in the light. It is like the reminiscence of an ever-changing landscape filled with wonder and adventure. It is filled with such richness and depth that can never be completely explored. It's like a magical mirror I want to stare into every single day."
"Aww! All this for me?" Amelia's smiles deepened. No one had ever complimented her eyes the way he just did.
"I could write a book, describing your eyes and the way it makes me feel," Blaze said genuinely, kissing the bridge between her eyes. "I can't believe any man will be so stupid and blind to let an angel like you slip through his fingers."
Amelia's eyes slowly turned moist.
"I love you so much, Blaze."
"Not as much as I love you." Blaze softly brushed his lips against her before claiming them in an intense kiss that completely stole her breath away
Amelia felt her body tremble under him as she felt his hand slowly trail from her side, up to her soft and pillowy breast, stroking the pink cherry on the centre. It made her back arch and her toes curl while eliciting a deep moan from her. She wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing him deeper until they both ran out of air.
Freeing her lips temporarily to allow her to catch her breath, Blaze's lips slowly trailed down the slope of her neck, resting briefly on her collarbone before continuing its descent.
"Blaze..." Amelia cried out his name, gasping for air as his warm wet lips climb up the tender slope of her mounds drawing circles around her cherry before taking the hardened nipple into his mouth, nibbling and sucking on it.
She grabbed his ruffled hair in a desperate attempt to pull his lips away from her breast when she felt two of his fingers slide into her wet and dripping core.
"Ah!" She lets out another sharp gasp for air, followed by a deep moan, fuelling Blaze's monstrous needs.
"So wet and so sweet." Blaze hungrily claimed back her lips, while she angled her legs and hips, giving him full access into her honey-coated world.
Time seemed to fly by as the two love birds got lost in each other's arms, their body pressed against each other like iron to a magnet. The heat generated from their intimate union caused sweat to leak from their skin, soaking the sheets underneath them.
As they both arrive in paradise together, Blaze's body collapses on her, his heat almost smouldering her. He showered her face with more kisses before climbing off her to go use the shower.
Completely drained and exhausted, Amelia slept off almost immediately. She didn't know when her husband got ready for work or when he left the room after covering her nude body and kissing her on the forehead.
She only opened her eyes when the intoxicating rich and savoury buttery aroma of freshly baked waffles, alongside the spicy, slightly sweet and refreshing citrusy aroma of ginger tea wafted through the air.
Stirring a little, Amelia moved her lips, moistening them as if she were already eating the meal.
Maria chuckled as she placed the tray on the nightstand before sitting on the bed beside her sleeping daughter-in-law.
"Wakey... wakey sleepy head." Maria cooed patting Amelia on the shoulder.
Amelia fluttered her sleepy eyes open, yawning a little.
"Yes, baby." Maria could barely keep her excitement after seeing her son leave the mansion in such a cheerful mood, whistling like his younger teenage self. She knew this was all Amelia doing and she loved her more for it.
"Good morning my darling. I can see my son succeeded in tiring you out when he was supposed to let you rest."
Amelia's face turned reddened as she pushed herself up into a sitting position, pulling the sheet up to her chest.
"I'm not that tired, Mom," Amelia said looking sideways, slightly embarrassed.
"It's okay." Maria chuckled. "I won't comment any further."
"By the way, where is Blaze?"
"He has already left for work."
"Ugh! I didn't get to say goodbye." Amelia pouted.
"Don't worry, he'll soon be back. In the meantime, I brought you breakfast. I need you to eat and take your medication. Afterwards, you can shower and rest for a while before joining me in the garden."
