"I’ll take you out for something delicious tonight."
Nia’s expression darkened. Right, I see it now. Losing weight is hopeless.
"I want to eat something light..."
Nia listed a whole basketful of demands, and Maxwell agreed to every one.
Agreeing to whatever she says now is no problem. But what we’ll actually eat tonight... that’s a matter for tonight, Maxwell mused.
Considering his interactions with her over the past few days, it’s abundantly clear that Rabina Mitchell is a foodie. I don’t believe that when dish after dish of her favorite food is served tonight, she’ll be able to resist.
It had to be said, this move Maxwell had planned was simply brilliant; it was a surefire way to deal with a foodie.
But could Maxwell’s idea really come to fruition? Could this unpredictable Rabina Mitchell truly be controlled by him?
