She opened it, and inside was a contract.
Evelyn Clayton glanced at it, her pupils tightening slightly.
This was the contract for the reconstruction of Pinehill Prison.
"I secured this project a long time ago," Yvette Warren curved her lips, "I just had the other side keep it confidential, Arthur Chandler doesn’t know yet. The people above said, as long as the project turns out well, it doesn’t matter who does the construction, they only care about the final result."

This project could totally be handed over to Franklin Ford’s side.
The Ford Family has real estate projects, so they naturally have reliable construction teams. If Franklin Ford can get a part of this project’s outsourcing, it could stabilize the Ford Family’s side, or else Summer Monroe would be too smug.
