Detention center, Nina Sinclair returned to the room.
She glanced at the time. It had been a few hours since she called Ethan Sherman, and he should have sorted things out by now. Unable to resist, Nina called him again.
"Ethan, you should have dealt with it by now, right? Can you come over?"
Ethan’s voice was troubled, cautious: "Nina, if I told you I’m still stuck at the airport, would you believe me?"

Hearing Ethan mention going to Byron Sinclair, Nina panicked and immediately stopped him.
"Ethan, do not tell my father!"
