For most of the first half, Chelsea's offense looked sharp. Crystal Palace's defense, however, managed to hold its ground fairly well. Though Chelsea scored two goals, Crystal Palace pulled one back just before halftime.
The commentator Zhan Jun discussed the players' performances in the webcast room.
"Su Luo scored twice in the first half. I have to say, Su Luo is truly the heart and soul of Chelsea," he said. "As long as Su Luo is on the pitch, victory seems to be in Chelsea's favor. Crystal Palace played well tonight, but..."
Director Zhang, however, disagreed. In his gravelly voice, he remarked, "Though Su Luo is undeniably strong, the rest of Chelsea's team has been underwhelming. A game can still turn if they don't support him better."
Meanwhile, in the live chat, Chinese fans were buzzing with opinions:
"Their individual players are strong, but honestly, Su Luo is capable of taking on an entire team by himself!"
"Yeah, as long as Su Luo keeps his form, they can definitely win."
"What Chelsea needs now is to let Su Luo show off his full potential."
"Exactly! As long as Su Luo's in top form, victory's certain."

The second half kicked off!
It was clear that each Chelsea player returned to the field with renewed energy. Coach Conte had made several tactical adjustments during the break, telling his players to keep the pressure on Crystal Palace.
And soon after, Chelsea began to threaten Crystal Palace's goal once more. Fabregas, with his sharp passing ability, effortlessly orchestrated the midfield.
With a quick pass, Fabregas threaded a perfect through ball right to Su Luo.
Su Luo received it on the edge of the penalty area, using his body to shield the ball from the Crystal Palace defenders. Then, with a swift flick of his heel, he spun around his marker, leaving the defender behind.
The next moment, Su Luo switched to his left foot, glanced at the goal, and immediately took the shot.
In a flash, the ball rocketed toward the goal.
The test for Crystal Palace's goalkeeper, Speroni, was here once again.
Seeing Su Luo's strike, Speroni reacted instantly, leaping into the air and stretching out his right hand. He managed to make contact with the ball, successfully deflecting it.
It was a world-class save!
