"Hey big sis, are you going skiing? You look so cool in that outfit."
Mu Wanxin looked at the little girl in front of her, knowing she was from the south and curious about this northern sport. She smiled and replied, "Yeah, want to join me?"
"Can I?" An Ran finished speaking and then turned to look at Mu Xingfeng, her eyes practically twinkling.
Mu Xingfeng reached out and ruffled the girl’s long hair. "Don’t be silly, you can’t ski."
Instantly, her little face drooped, and she pouted. "I can learn, though."
"Even if you learn, you won’t get it," Mu Xingfeng calmly added fuel to the fire.
This time, An Ran pouted even more, her big, bright eyes looking at Mu Xingfeng. "Instructor Mu, did you hear that?"
"The sound of my heart breaking. My young heart can’t take your blows; it’s shattered to pieces," An Ran said pitifully.
"You little rascal," Mu Xingfeng laughed, pinching her puffed-up cheeks, but he didn’t relent. The sport was too dangerous; he didn’t want her getting hurt.
Shen Wenxuan, standing aside, chuckled softly. He knew Mu Xingfeng’s motives all too well. If it hadn’t been for Mu Wanxin’s persistent coaxing back then, he wouldn’t have let her play this sport either.
"Ran, skiing isn’t something you can pick up in a day. When you get married and move to the Imperial City, you’ll have plenty of time to learn. There are lots of fun activities here. Later, let Xingfeng take you to some," Shen Wenxuan said, unable to bear seeing the little one so downcast.
"Got it, brother-in-law." Although An Ran knew skiing wasn’t easy, she was still a bit upset.

Shen Wenxuan felt even better and laughed, helping her put on the helmet. "Just as good, but only if you put on this gear."
"Brother Wenxuan, this thing is really heavy," Mu Wanxin complained.

"You two are too much, spreading your love . Keep it up, and we’ll skip lunch," Feng Jingjing, dressed in a pure black down jacket, followed them and tossed her skis to the ground.
She looked up just in time to see a tall figure approaching from a distance. "Lin Junyang is here too."
An Ran followed Feng Jingjing’s X-ray-like gaze and indeed spotted three people approaching the entrance of the ski resort: Lin Junyang, Lin Ruonan, and Gu Haoyu.
"Brothers, I’m back! Did you miss me?"
Lin Junyang walked over with open arms, greeting everyone.
Immediately, the crowd erupted in excitement.
"Brother Junyang, when did you get back? Why didn’t you call me?" a woman called out in a coquettish voice.
"Belle, aren’t you afraid that Young Master Su will keep you in bed for three days if he finds out?" Lin Junyang teased.

"It’s rare for both Yang Zi and Young Master Mu to be here today. We should have a proper competition," someone suggested, immediately receiving unanimous approval, "Yeah, and it’s even better that Beauty Mu and Goddess Lin are here too."
