“Why live across from here? This is your home, and you can stay here. Besides, why spend money to buy the apartment across the street? Living there and living here are the same.” She had long awaited his return and had envisioned the family living together for some lively times. His sudden move to the opposite seemed so distant.
An Ji understood her thoughts and explained, “Buying the apartment across was to not be too far from you. Besides, my social circle is different from yours; living here might inconvenience you.
