“You know you’re thin and yet you eat snacks instead of meals every day. From today on, your weekly allowance is halved, no more buying chips and chocolate. And all your comic books, I’ll lock them up in a bit; you can’t read them. If you put the energy you’ve on comics into studying, your grades wouldn’t be so low.”
“Mom, you can’t do this.” Stripping her of her favorites, how is she supposed to survive?
“No rebellion allowed, or else there’ll be no allowance for a month!”
“Dad~~~” If it’s not working with Mom, she turns to Dad.
“Your mom is right, listen to her.”
“Dad, all you know in this life is to listen to Mom. Can’t you show some manly authority for once?”
