Former Interstellar Mercenary In Urban Cultivation World Chapter 127

Amalia clenched her fist, you can see how much she restrained herself just based from the visible veins on her fist and the expression on her face.

Finally, after Kenny Lin finished.

As soon as things wrapped up, Amalia stormed out fron the villa, and returned to her dorm.

She hastily released all her emotions in the bathroom, and then sulked back to her bed.

Dianna Yeste noticed her increasingly unpleasant demeanor every night and assumed she was having a hard time somewhere.

Delighted by this thought, she wished for her downfall.

The next morning, Amalia attended classes, and there was indeed a better atmosphere in Class 9.

The classroom echoed with students reciting passages; Instructor Waldo nodded approvingly as he supervised the class on the first day.

After the recitation, Instructor Waldo divided the remaining time into two parts: some engaged in sparring among classmates while others utilized school resources for training.

He kept a close eye on them to ensure discipline.

In the afternoon, Amalia didn’t attend the class and opted for the elective course in artifact refining college.

As this batch student in weaponry departement mainly focused on combat using artifact, she was the sole odd student who pursuing artifact refining.

It was impossible for the weaponry departement to arrange special courses for her, so her elective course were choosen as her full attended alongside with the artifact refining college students.

Amalia arriving early and there’s still noy many people in the classroom, so he chose a seat toward the middle and back.

Ten minutes later, the students gradually trickled in.

An odd phenomenon occurred: as each person settled down, they’d glance backward, and occasionally looking at Amalia with expressions of surprise and astonishment, and whispering among themselves.

Unaware of this, Amalia was organizing the cultural course notes left by the original body.

The original body was very good in her academic.

Although Amalia possessed her memories, emulating them immediately was not feasible.

When she encountering familiar content, if for things are something that she less firmly remembered, she can’t always instantly recalled it.

During exams, if that situation happened, even with double the time, it might not be enough to answer everything.

Fortunately, there was still some time before the cultural course exam, and there was plenty of time for her to gradually catch up.

"Hey, which class are you from? Looks like you’ve wandered into the wrong place," after some time, when the room grew increasingly crowded and quiet, a voice suddenly broke the silence near Amalia.

The arrogant and cocky tone rang out, silencing the classroom.

Amalia turned his head to see a young girl with three or four ear piercings, long red hair, and mean expression, scowling at her.

"This is the class for artifact refining, so I’m in the right place," she replied calmly.

The red-haired girl scrutinized her from head to toe, and a smug smile playing at her lips.

’’So, you’re the newcomer. Let me give you some pieces of advice: from now on, you can sit anywhere except these two rows. Got it? Newbie?’’

She reached out to pat Amalia’s cheek.

However, Amalia caught her hand first.

No wonder that even though many students had arrived, yet there is no one who sat in the row where she was seated and the following row.

She initially thought these people were just shy.

"This is a public resource. I don’t quite understand why it can’t be used. Does the school have a rule allowing individuals to claim ownership of public resources? If you can provide evidence, I’ll accept your claim," Amalia retorted, while releasing her hand.

"This is the evidence!" A gust of wind followed by the arrogant voice of the red-haired girl came toward her.

It was look like suddent attack, but in Amalia’s eyes, it was very slow, as if time had halved its speed.

Amalia easily seized her wrist, similar to before, except this time, she directly clutched her wrist pulse.

The red-haired girl, however, remained unaware, and angrily demanding Amalia to let her go.

She then raised her other hand, but before striking Amalia, her tone changed as pain contorted her face.

"Let go of me! If you don’t, I’ll make you regret it. Do you know who I am? I’m Young Master Yoder’s follower. If you harm me, you’re messing with Young Master Yoder," she shouted, while using Young Master Yoder’s name to intimidate her.

Amalia almost thought it was Yannis Yoder, but Yannis Yoder was probably in no position to act now.

Master Jiang hated those spirit cultivators who used evil methods.

After gaining his approval, thr evidence was submitted to the spirit cultivators association and asked them to apprehended Yannis Yoder.

At this moment, he was likely still confined in the association’s prison, and waiting his father intervention to release him.

She remember Javier Hermandez mentioned about a first-year student named Rasler Yoder before.

And this Rasler Yoder was most likely the ’Young Master Yoder’ referred to by this red-haired girl.

"You’ve come to cause trouble for me all because of that Young Master Yoder’s orders. There’s no need to repeat these words,"

Amalia noticed that class was about to start, so she brushed her off immeadiately.

The red-haired girl was thrown backward, and almost falling, but the lackeys behind her caught her first.

A flash of surprise crossed her face, and followed by pure rage, "It’s look like you’re determined to go against Young Master Yoder. Now, get down and apologize to me. I might consider putting in a word for you in front of Young Master Yoder."

"Quit screwing around and get to class!" A black pen plummeted from above, and accurately hitting the arrogant red-haired girl along with a vigorous scolding.

The red-haired girl instantly shrunk upon hearing the voice.

The group hurriedly found their seats, and resentfully glaring at Amalia.

Were it not for her, their wouldn’t have forgotten the class time.

The one who threw the pen was Professor Frans, who is in charge of this class.

He was an elderly man with streaks of black and white hair, and from the student obedient demeanor, it was evident that Professor Frans was not someone that can be trifled with.

Despite appearing to be in his fifties, in this world of spirit cultivators, age couldn’t be judged solely by appearances.

A person in their thirties might actually be in their sixties or seventies.

Professor Frans held high prestige, and likely indicating an even greater age.

"In my class, regardless of your personal conflicts, you’ll behave. If I see this happening again, you’ll be thrown out of this room without a second warning. Do you understand?" Professor Frans’s sharp eyes swept across the room.

"Understood!" The students shouted loudly.

It was almost reflexively and well-taught through discipline.

"Excellent. Now, roll call begins."

Professor Frans’s voice resonated like a bell.

As he called each person name, the students responded loudly.

The student who came late were punished by being asked to stand, including the student that referred to as ’Young Master Yoder’ by the red-haired girl.

Initially she was unaware that he was Rasler Yoder, Amalia observed how Professor Frans, without acknowledging his special status, didn’t permit him into the classroom and even instructed him to stand outside without giving him a glance.

’Young Master Yoder’ didn’t display any embarrassment; instead, he smiled and accepted the punishment for being late.

Amalia sensed a strong presence from him—far stronger than Yannis Yoder.

He look like someone who know when to advanced and retreat in his actions, it also implying that he wouldn’t be easy to deal with.

When Professor Frans reached Amalia’s name during roll call, there was a noticeable pause in his voice.

"Everyone, remember this classmate Amalia. She’s the only student who’s majors in the weaponry departement and take elective course in the artifact refining college. Admirable courage, I appreciate such people with determination, but!"

He emphasized the word ’but’ heavily.

"Having courage doesn’t imply having strength. I hope she’s not overestimating herself."

Laughter echoed through the classroom instantly.

"What’s so funny? Is there something fuuny here?" Professor Frans glared at those laughing the loudest, and they instantly shrunk, looking like quails.

"Even someone from the weaponry departement refuses to give up. If he surpasses you all, I doubt you’ll have any face left to stay in this school. I’d also feel embarrassed on your behalf. Don’t even mention being my students!"

Amalia narrowed her eyes.

Professor Frans wasn’t just tough, but also quite shrewd.

He used this tactic to provoke these students.

Whether it worked or not, she wasn’t sure, but at least the objective was met.

For these proud elites, being surpassed by someone from a minor course was surely hard to swallowed.

Yet, there were no benefits for Amalia in this situation.

Instead, it exposed her in front of everyone.

If she ended up with a bottom-of-the-barrel score, it would indeed be a public humiliation.

Originally she intending to keep a low profile, now it seemed nearly impossible due to Professor Frans.

Of course, it wasn’t just because of him.

Offending Rasler Yoder and Sebastian Caceres also made her plan to keep low profile impossible.
