And thus, Qin Chuan and Mo Shiyun had to wait.
As they waited, the two of them took a walk around the office building. Then, they ran into Jian Yiling. Jian Yiling’s figure was among the individuals who were applying to Lahaisen Hospital.
Right now, the individuals were moving from one conference room to another. The conference rooms were where the exams were being held.
When Qin Chuan spotted Jian Yiling in the crowd, his eyes lit up. A delighted expression appeared on his face as he walked straight over to Jian Yiling.
“Jian Yiling, why are you here?” Qin Chuan asked. His words and the expression on his face showed his excitement and happiness to see Jian Yiling.
“Something came up,” Jian Yiling explained.
She wasn’t here to take the exam with the other applicants. Instead, she was here to invigilate the exams.
“Oh, then when are you leaving? Do you need me to take you back home?” Qin Chuan asked.
“No need,” Jian Yiling replied. She refused him decisively and firmly.
Right now, Qin Chuan was with Mo Shiyun. She didn’t want to get involved with the two of them.
“Oh, that’s fine. I can keep you company for a while. There’s some time before the next exam starts.”
Qin Chuan said as he glanced at his watch. There was still half an hour before the second exam started. As he was waiting for someone, he decided to accompany Jian Yiling for the time being.
“No need to do that,” Jian Yiling replied again.
She didn’t want to hang out with Mo Shiyun and Qin Chuan.
However, Qin Chuan was unusually insistent.
Mo Shiyun stood on the side as she watched them talk. She felt a needle prick her heart as her heart quietly bled.
Qin Chuan told her that he didn’t have romantic feelings for Jian Yiling. However, his current actions seemed to say something else.
Was he really not interested in Jian Yiling?
This caused Mo Shiyun to doubt Qin Chuan’s words.
Just now, Mo Shiyun thought that she had a chance with Qin Chuan.
Their conversations went along fine.

Everyone was stunned when they heard this.

The staff paused for a moment before they decided to help Mo Shiyun search for the card.
They turned around and asked Mo Shiyun: “Do you remember when you last saw the card?”
After thinking for a while, Mo Shiyun replied softly: “I showed them the card at the entrance. Then, I placed the card into my bag. However, when I looked for the card again, it was gone.”
As the card was held by Mo Shiyun, this meant that she was a VIP of Lahaisen Hospital. As a result, the staff members were obligated to investigate the situation.
And thus, the staff asked the people at the scene if they could check their bags.
The job applicants had no objection to this.
As they didn’t steal the card, they had nothing to worry about.
