"Hmm." Lu Xingzhi blinked and looked up, "Are you thinking about using my shampoo?"
"Will you wash it for me? How about helping me wash my hair?" Huo Jincheng picked up a strand of her hair, twirled it around his fingers a few times, then let it go, repeating the action over and over.
Though there was no intimate behavior, the air was filled with ambiguity.
"Oh, sure!" Lu Xingzhi didn’t see why she couldn’t help Huo Jincheng wash his hair.
"Using your shampoo? It’s trending again today."
Lu Xingzhi wanted to explain something, but before she could speak, "Our Zhi Zhi is so amazing, big celebrities have to pay to trend. You’ve effortlessly made the news several times now."
"I don’t want to trend." Lu Xingzhi didn’t want to be so high-profile, "But you’re right, those big stars should be jealous of me."
"Ha..." Huo Jincheng was amused by her proud little expression. "They should be jealous of you; you’re better looking than them."
"So did Uncle fall for my looks back then?"
"If I say no, I’d be lying to you. When I met you and learned you were my fiancée, I felt relieved. At least, you are pleasing to the eye." Huo Jincheng would never forget the moment he saw her at her door.
He was grateful. For someone he’d never met, Huo Jincheng was willing to fulfill the engagement, no matter her height, weight, or what kind of person she was, he accepted it.

"I’m just fond of your beauty. Coincidentally, you happen to be the type I like." Huo Jincheng didn’t like overly glamorous, nor overly plain features; Lu Xingzhi was just right.
Lu Xingzhi’s beauty was non-aggressive, yet at first glance was stunning, the more you looked, the more delightful she became.
"So if there’s another girl who looks just like me, you’d like them too?" Lu Xingzhi focused on the point and continued with a hypothetical scenario.
"No, though your looks please me, it’s your soul that I cherish." From the start, Huo Jincheng found her intriguing.
"Alright! Your words are too sweet, I can’t help but be convinced." Lu Xingzhi thought maybe all businessmen were so eloquent.
Huo Jincheng held her hand, "These sweet words are only for you."
Huo Jincheng: "My Zhi Zhi is just too adorable."

"Did Zhi Zhi’s interest in me begin with my looks?" Huo Jincheng wanted to know how Lu Xingzhi perceived him.
"No." Lu Xingzhi shook her head, "When I first saw you, I thought you were too old. Later, I felt age could be good. At least, you know how to take care of people."
It wasn’t the first time he heard her comment on his age.
"But, if you weren’t good-looking, I might not have liked you. Everyone loves beautiful things, and I’m no exception."
If Huo Jincheng were a grumpy old man, she wouldn’t fancy him!
