In the steaming bathroom, Lu Li lay back contentedly in the bathtub. The warm steam filled the room, and rose petals, clearly from a special bath bomb, floated on the surface of the water. This was, of course, Chiori's doing.
Like a wife waiting on her hardworking husband, Chiori was currently showing her innate Yamato Nadeshiko side. She was pressing her delicate hands against his broad shoulders and back. Though she would never admit her attachment to him, when he had casually suggested she scrub his back, something only a married couple would do, she had agreed without hesitation.
As her fingertips pressed into his muscles, she noticed something. Though the marks were faint, why were there so many healed scratch marks on his back? Were they old training injuries?

He, however, was just enjoying her soft touch. He had already had a bath, but now, wearing only a bath towel, she might get cold. He secretly used his Pyro energy to heat the water further, then suddenly turned and pulled her into the tub with him.

A small smile appeared on her cute, puffy face. She went to knock, but the door was unlocked and swung open at her touch. She frowned, then stepped inside. In the entrance hall, she saw a pair of men's boots. Brother Lu Li's shoes! He's... he's at Chiori's tonight!
Her heart began to pound. She clutched the bag in her hand, not knowing what to do. After a moment, she made her decision. It would be rude to leave now that she was already here. Chiori was braced against the wall in a "human bridge" position, her wet hair clinging to her back. If she could just focus, she would definitely have noticed the little cat peeking at her.
