"I do not know what you are talking about? Someone tipped me off, or someone gave you the false information has got nothing to do with me."
I steadied my body, looking at him with cold piercing eyes.
I then used the spell... my first spell in this life to be precise.
A magic circle appeared on my hand, it was my storage magic.
A sharp and radiant sword appeared on my hand.
Now that I have awakened my mana core, i can fully use its full potential.
But I doubt if I can get an upper hand if I fight him directly. I won't be fighting just him, but his 3 knights and the dragon.
That lizard isn't with any team here, so to protect itself, it will do anything.
So let's divert his attention from me first.
"More than that, shouldn't you be worrying about your members? They are about to be killed."
He immediately turned at them only to find that 2 of his knights being sent flying and getting slammed onto the wall.
His few seconds of carelessness caused him a major loss.
The dragon did not spare the moment for them to get back up again and instantly burned them to toast.
"Too late, I guess." I lamented.
He gritted his teeth and took out a orb like thing from his robe.
"You left me no choice. I was skeptical to you it at first, but since i am sure this is the ruin of that demon, then i feel no regret." He roared.
My narrowed my eyes... those patterns on that orb, there was no doubt, he was using the summoning runes.
He began to channel his mana into that orb.
Sensing the danger from that orb, the dragon reacted faster, sending a huge storm of flames at his direction.
That mage was able to dodge it, but the other knight couldn't.
Already out of mana and injured, his body gave up and he also perished with his brothers.
Should I stop him now? If I move, I can do it right away.
But If I did, I will have to face the dragon on my own. And that is gonna be tough.
I thought for a while. Within a second, I was able to think of all the pros and cons, and the conclusion...?
I will go inside that door first, and deal with them later.
Let them fight with each other. I do not wish to exhaust myself... just yet.
Cause if I do now, I will have to fight them both, but later, only one.
I looked at Vaelora, I cannot leave her out in open. So I send her inside my domain.
It was very big and I can easily make different rooms or spaces there, so I send her inside.
Then looked at the two of them.
That mage was almost done summoning someone.
A big magic circle appeared beneath his feet, followed by a very mighty presence clouded in a bloody red mana.
Even the dragon seemed to fear that presence.
It will be annoying for me if he summons that creature while I am still out. So, i need to take action now. As soon as I decided that, different runic patterns appeared on my body, enhancing my physical abilities for a short while.
I stomped my feet on the ground and dashed forward with full force towards that mage.
Swinging my sorry at him, I sliced his hand that was holding the orb.
Both his hand and the orb fell to the ground. My speed was good enough for him to not notice it clearly.
"Heh... ahhhhhkkkk?!!!"
He screamed horribly.
I casually swing my sword again. Blood dripping down from its tip.
"You can try again, can't you?" I sneered at the mage.
Without the supply of mana on the orb, the summoning has failed.
He looked at me with bloodshot eyes and bit his lips with rage, blood tickling down his chin.
"Aw, don't be so sad. Here try it again and keep that dragon busy for me, will you? I need to get something from inside."
I kicked the orb at him, saying that.
Then looking at the dragon, I smirked again.
Been a while, since I have played with a lizard.
I lunged at him and instantly appeared in front of it.
It was fast enough to react to my attack. Swinging it's enormous wings, it flew on the air and attacked me with it's dragon breath.
I channelled my sword with mana. I do not have much, only a little that I obtained from Ayesha when she went inside my core.
But for this... it will be enough.
It was one of the skills that mother used against me when I was still the demon king.
"Elemental slash." I roared.
Slicing the big ball of fire that was above my head.
A skill that can slice apart any elemental magic, no matter what it was.
But to use it, you will need a very strong body. Which wasn't a problem for me now.
But I didn't stop there, after it was finished with its dragon breath, it will take some time to do it again.
So, taking advantage of this situation, I jumped at him, appearing beside him.
I have mana left for the one slash only, so I cannot mess it up.
I swing my sword with full strength, and successfully take down its wings.
Without the proper balance, the dragon fell to the ground.
I also landed safely.
I looked down at them both, injured and lying on the ground.
With a smug look on my face, I said,
"No need to thank me guys. I wanted the battle to be fair, so I cut down your arms. It will be a fair and equal battle now. Now if you may allow, I would like to go inside. Hope you have a good time with each other."
I then turned away from them,
"See ya fellas, hope you both die."
And opened the door in front of me.
