Now it is presided over by the Divine King Zeus.
Compared to the secluded Asgard, the sheer number of ’gods’ in the All-Powerful City is substantially larger, and Zeus’s strange reputation on Earth due to his peculiar nature is something Odin has little fondness for.
However, they must consider him under the current circumstances.

The All-Powerful City, also known as the City of the Gods, is the nexus where gods of various divine systems from across the universe gather—the venue for the Council of Gods.
Yet Odin hadn’t visited this place in ages.
An expansive, golden city hovered above, brimming with an aura of ancient history and gravitas.
However, today, this city that carried the presence of countless gods was fraught with the energy of death and slaughter.
Ancient buildings crumbled, exploding in mid-air, as a colossal sword shadow cloaked in black mist swept through.
A Divine Spirit attempted to block the sword’s shadow but was instantly devoured by its black mist; their divine body lost its vitality and fell, shattered.
Their residual Divine Soul issued a mournful scream but was captured by the black hands emerging from within the mist and dragged into the blade itself!
"Gall! You dare enter here? You court your own death!"
Above the All-Powerful City, a flaming orb resembling the great sun formed as terrifying magical energy surged. Beneath it appeared a golden figure.
Clad in an Egyptian-style outfit and golden mask, with arms connected to metallic wings, it was none other than Isis, the Magic Goddess of the Nine Pillars of Egyptian Mythology.
But just as her fearsome sun-like spell was taking shape...
The massive pitch-black sword shadow swept forward!
The seemingly immense solar orb deflated like a leaking balloon, all the Divine Power and Magical Power within it consumed entirely.
Isis was immediately cleaved in two, also devoured by the sword’s shadow.
Gall, wielding the Black Death Sword, displayed an expression of intense hatred and disdain as his face, covered with black patterns, twisted sharply.
By now, he was surrounded by ruin.
The rubble was strewn with the broken remains of gods and shattered Divine Artifacts.
Yet neither the corpses nor the artifacts seemed to retain any trace of their former energies—they’d been utterly devoured.
Suddenly, dazzling lightning struck—a weapon shaped like a thunderbolt, enveloped in surging golden energy, sped forth with unstoppable momentum.
But Gall appeared to anticipate this attack in advance. Without moving, the black mist around him coalesced into a hazy doppelgänger that swung its sword outward.
The giant sword that had just slain Isis—a seemingly immobile juggernaut—vanished mysteriously, only to reappear exactly where Gall’s shadow aimed its strike!
Despite its vast size, the blade seemed to possess an almost teleportation-like function.
That one strike directly shattered the golden lightning-like weapon!
A terrifying shockwave rippled outward, leveling all the structures across the surface of the All-Powerful City!
Originally designed as the site of the Council of Gods, capable of bearing Divine Power without issue, the city even boasted fortified battle arenas and extraordinarily stable space.
Yet, despite its tremendous defensive properties, designed to withstand divine warfare, most buildings were razed in the clash, leaving cracks across its foundational platform—an undeniable reflection of the sheer power on both sides!
