With that drop of Fourth Rank Primordial Blood and the depletion of centuries' worth of accumulated wealth, he had finally managed to raise his warship's promotion success rate to 27% within a year's task, and with some dumb luck, he had succeeded in promoting his flagship from a Cruiser to a Zhulu Warship.
Now, not long after completing his promotion, he couldn't wait to take his very own Zhulu Warship out for a spin. In order to avoid any accidents, he specifically chose the sparsely populated Arctic Hills. But once again, fortune knocked on his door.
However, as the [Howling Wolf Roaring Tiger] zoomed straight toward the source of the promotion fluctuations, the warship suddenly received a telecommunication request.
This unexpected development caused Wang Zhen to rapidly suppress the excitement in his heart, turning it into high alert.
