Unfortunately, as they fell, the man clutching her twisted his body in a bizarre way, leaving Han Xiuzhen powerless to resist being violently slammed onto the ground.

What truly sent a surge of fury and shock through Han Xiuzhen, though, was when she saw the man’s face. Her body tensed, a chill running down her spine, rendering her momentarily helpless—a brief neural emotional shock.
The fearful connotation was undeniable, and Han Xiuzhen could never have expected that it would be this man.
Fang Yi completely overwhelmed Han Xiuzhen, pinning her firmly beneath him, with a peculiar smirk on his face.
"Hello, didn’t expect us to meet again, did you, ssi-mi-da?" Fang Yi deliberately spoke in Cangyunese.
Yet, Fang Yi’s odd smirk, combined with his intentionally spoken Cangyunese, infuriated Han Xiuzhen even more.
Subconsciously, Han Xiuzhen’s leg shot up, aimed at Fang Yi’s groin.
But how could Fang Yi be unprepared? As Han Xiuzhen’s leg lifted, Fang Yi quickly pinned it down with his own.
"Damn you, you bastard!" Han Xiuzhen glared, her beautiful eyes fierce, her teeth clenched.
"Seems you’re quite angry, ssi-mi-da. I love how you look at me with such distaste when you can’t lay a finger on me," Fang Yi said with a smile, radiating sheer contentment, and yet he appeared utterly detestable.
Before Han Xiuzhen had the chance to curse again, Fang Yi suddenly made his move and struck her neck with a hand chop.
"You... you vile... scum..."
Han Xiuzhen’s eyelids fluttered; after about fifteen seconds, they closed, and she passed out.
When Han Xiuzhen came to, she was astounded to find her jacket removed and her body bound with ropes to a chair. The bastard sat across from her, his face masked with a mocking smile.
