When she learned that Noah was about to enter his Deep Sleep Period, Selena appeared even more excited and expectant than the Golden Dragon himself,
"Come on, take all these with you."
"This is too much, too precious!"
Seeing the numerous treasures pushed onto him by his foster mother, although Noah had already received quite a few before, he still felt overwhelmed by the indulgence at this moment.
The Earth Vein Fire Marrow, a rare fire attribute treasure only found in the deepest parts of the earth, amidst the hottest Molten Lava Sea. Simply cast it on any ground, and it could create a ceaselessly flowing lava river from nothing.
The Sunshine Dust, a rare treasure sourced from the Sun, appears at first glance as a floating speck of light, whose value lies not in its rarity but the incredibly high threshold for collection, with very little amount able to be collected at a time.
The amount that Noah got, if collected by a Legendary Mage personally, would consume a thousand years of time. Although not continuous, it truly requires a millennium of gradual accumulation.
In addition, there are the Dawn Breath from Heaven, Holy Essence Soul, and the Immortal Fire Seed that accompanied the Phoenix Nirvana Rebirth, among many other treasures that greatly benefit his transformation.
"Since you think it’s too valuable, do not let Casius and I down; bring us a surprise when you awaken."
Selena looked satisfied with the Golden Dragon’s reaction, though her tone was indifferent.
"I will try my best."
Though the Golden Tree had already successfully borne a Blood Origin Fruit, more potent than any previous one, Noah felt uncertain if he could rely on this fruit to completely return to his ancestors and transform into an Ancestor Dragon.
"Don’t try, you must exert every effort; the sooner you achieve the Ancestor Return, the better. Otherwise, as you grow and gain greater power, the difficulty will only increase."
The mage’s voice turned stern suddenly, and Noah naturally nodded repeatedly,
"I will give it my all."
"Some of these were prepared by Casius for you, some were collected by me, but you don’t need to concern yourself with these. Just absorb them all during your transformation. If you can fuse with these powers, when you awaken, even if not an Ancestor Dragon, you won’t be far off."
The Golden Dragon instantly felt a tremendous pressure, but it was within his bearing. He indeed could seize this opportunity to attempt a breakthrough in his ancestral bloodline.
Noah was somewhat prepared, but the treasures his foster parents prepared for him were entirely beyond his expectations. Under such anticipation, the Golden Dragon entered the Mage City, where he would sleep and enter adolescence.
This is the most suited place for his slumber. The concentration of magic power in the Mage City is so dense that even mundane eyes can perceive it. In some especially rich areas, it has formed instinctual entities.
"Your Highness Noah!"
The Great Fairy Sifreya, whose Dragonification features were becoming more apparent, slightly bowed to Noah. Beside her were two other fairies, Lu Tixiya and Elfino.
These three Great Fairies were the first to evolve, having followed Noah for the longest. Thus, their Dragonification features were the most pronounced among all Great Fairies.
Especially Sifreya, who had already grown a pair of delicate dragon horns on her forehead, exuding a combination of cuteness and unique majesty.
"I am about to sleep; delegate all your responsibilities to other Great Fairies and accompany me into slumber."
Regarding this command, even Elfino, the most power-hungry among the three Great Fairies, showed no resistance and agreed readily, her eyes revealing a hint of joy.
They had long understood part of the reality: power comes from strength. Without strength, power is illusory, but with a base, even Little Fairies could dominate.
"This time sleeping, how long will it take?"
Originally, Noah was optimistic about the duration, estimating he wouldn’t need more than two years to awaken. But to absorb the heap of treasures his foster mother handed over, it’s truly hard to calculate the time required.
Despite this, Noah was particularly anticipatory. With external matters mostly settled, Noah entered the specially prepared resting place.
This is a half-plane space linked to the Mage City. The space isn’t large, merely extending several kilometers in each direction, with the ground laid with Elemental Crystals, including many Crystal Cores from elemental creatures.
Even the Golden Dragon couldn’t help but sigh at this moment. Beyond the ground full of crystals, standing on this half-plane itself was of immeasurable value.
This isn’t a temporary space, but a structurally stable half-plane, personally created by a Legendary Mage. For any nation or force, it holds significant strategic value.
Now, the control of this space has fallen into Noah’s hands. Even an extreme upheaval in the outside world or an assault on the Mage City unlikely would affect this place.
However, such a scenario is nearly impossible unless an era of catastrophe occurs with All Gods descending in Saint Form, yet such an outrageous event is improbable.
