"Why am I not qualified?"

Noah explained, while also informing him of the consequences of failure,
"If you wish to accept the True Blood now, you will be at great risk of sudden death, and perhaps could become some sort of terrifying Dragon Blood monster. Can you accept such a result?"
"I can accept it, and I do not believe I will fail. My brother Alexander has already written down all his experiences of fusing with the Dragon Blood. These insights and experiences, I can recite by heart. What he could accomplish, I surely can too."
Theodore was still unwilling to give up.
"He mastered the Skill’s Extreme Intent; you have not."
Noah cut straight to the point.
"Please let me try once. I am willing to accept any consequences."
