She knows that Soverick was created by the schemes of the Sage for his purpose, so she hates him. That means she can't move against Soverick directly without drawing the ire of the first Sage. She knows what she had to do to gain that one. That's why she won't mess with others with a universal artifact. At least she won't mess with someone that has multiple universal artifacts.
