Instantly, a tingly, cozy sensation hit him—way more intense than before. He couldn't help but let out a little groan. After that, he sank most of his focus into the Byakugan's evolution, leaving just a sliver of his mind to keep drawing chakra and pouring it in.
Time slipped by, minute by minute.
He'd only meant to test it out, but once he started, he couldn't stop! It wasn't until he'd burned through a full 1 million chakra points—the daily limit his Byakugan could handle—that he finally called it quits.

When that day came, he'd have three options: squeeze the time he spent strengthening himself, slow down his Byakugan's evolution, or alternate between nurturing it and powering up his body. Either way, he'd have to pick something—and it'd definitely slow his overall growth.
But that was still a ways off. For now, even after one evolution, his schedule should hold up fine. He'd probably just need to shuffle some chakra from other skills to cover any gaps.
Seimei hadn't forgotten: right now, he was only allotting 900,000 chakra points daily to his Byakugan. The reason he could still max out its progress at 10-11 points a day? Two things: the guidance of Human Control and the fact that every ten days, he took a break to chill. That downtime let him stockpile over 3 million chakra points, which he'd spread across the next ten days. It filled the 100,000-point daily gap and then some!
That stockpile was exactly where the chakra in his forehead space came from. But once his Byakugan evolved again, it might not be enough to plug the hole. When that happened, he'd need to pull chakra from other skills.
Luckily, within a week, Lightning Chakra Mode, Heart Lock Seal, and Illusion · Mirror Heaven and Earth Shift would all hit max level. Two days after that, Transcription Seal would reach Lv9 (0/0) too!
Lightning Chakra Mode was non-negotiable—even at max level, he couldn't touch its daily chakra input. In fact, with its efficiency boost, he'd need to increase it. That skill tied directly to his physical enhancement, so no slacking there!
But Illusion · Mirror Heaven and Earth Shift, Heart Lock Seal, and Transcription Seal? Once they maxed out, he'd free up a chunk of chakra. He'd only need a small portion of that to work on the curse seal technique he had in mind. The rest? Straight to nurturing his Byakugan. Problem solved—no more chakra shortage worries!
With all these thoughts swirling in his head, Seimei hashed out a solid plan for his future training. No time to waste! He focused up, raised his hands, and formed seals for Multi-Shadow Clone Technique.

A puff of chakra smoke cleared, and over a hundred clones appeared around him. After a quick think, he split them into their usual groups and assigned each one a skill to practice, based on his earlier setup.
But he knew this wasn't the best arrangement yet. With Senra Bansho Fūjin maxed out, he didn't need clones training it anymore. That meant tweaking the numbers and order for the other skills to hit peak efficiency with minimal waste.
This time, unlike five days ago, it was easier. Back then, he'd added new skills to train, which took some serious juggling. Now? He was cutting a skill, and with the Byakugan nurturing boost giving him over two extra hours daily, it was a breeze.
Sure enough, in just one afternoon and half an evening, he'd nailed the adjustments. Training efficiency was maxed out, and waste was down to almost nothing.
Under the night sky, Seimei released the Multi-Shadow Clone Technique. As the clones vanished, he absorbed their last hour of training experience and memories, converting it into proficiency for the right skills—finishing off the day's grind.
"Yawn…"
Standing on the giant rock, Seimei stretched with a big yawn. With a few quick flashes, he zipped back to his wooden cabin to crash for the night.
