As Nian Junting had deleted her WeChat friend without letting her know and showed no regret at all, Luo Sang was finally enraged. “You are my boyfriend, but so what! Can’t I have friends anymore? You don’t want me to buy him shoes, but I will do it! I’ll buy gifts for whomever I want! What can you do about it? Kill me if you can! Lock me up and never let me shop again if you can! Keep me away from all the shopping malls for the rest of my life if you can!” She growled at Nian Junting, as she had gotten very emotional. It was the first time she had gotten so angry, and talked so much and so loudly in front of him.
Hearing her words, Nian Junting paused and even forgot to talk.
After shouting at him, Luo Sang walked directly into the shop without Nian Junting and picked up a pair of gray-cuffed Uggs. But then, she realized that she didn’t know Chi Shengxu’s size. She found Chi Shengxu’s number and called him. “I’m buying you shoes. Tell me your size.”
Nian Junting walked over at that moment. Hearing her words, he felt that his heart was bleeding. He even wanted to burn the entire shop. Luo Sang was actually buying shoes for another man right in front of him and was calling to ask that man about his size.
What was he to her then? Was he nothing? Was he a decoration? He stood in front of her, glaring her with anger.
Luo Sang ignored him but kept chatting with Chi Shengxu. “You just called to ask me that? Aren’t you afraid that Nian Junting might explode with jealousy? There might be a fight,” said Chi Shengxu.
“You’re my friend and my godmother’s son. You’re like my brother. Can’t I even buy you a pair of shoes?” Luo Sang said that right in front of Nian Junting, then ended the call and asked the salesman for size 11.
“Xu Luo Sang, I’ll give you one last chance. You’re not allowed to buy them,” said Nian Junting in a deep voice.
Luo Sang then turned to the salesman and said, “Can I have every color of this style? Size 11, please. I’ll give them to someone else as gifts.”
The salesman trembled as he looked at Nian Junting’s angry face.
“Go,” Luo Sang urged the salesman while preparing to pay. She first took out Nian Junting’s wallet, then glanced at it and put it back into Nian Junting’s hand. “Take your wallet,” she said. “I don’t want your money.”
Nian Junting was so angry that he felt like his head had even started smoking. He wanted to fight her, but this was a public place, and she wasn’t showing any sign of yielding at all. “Xu Luosang, don’t go too far,” he said.
“I am going too far. What can you do? Are you gonna eat me?” Luo Sang looked up and said, “I’m not using your money, so why are you still talking? Are you gonna keep talking? If you are, we’ll shop separately.”
He didn’t respond.
“Get out of my way. I’m going to buy shoes for myself as well,” Luo Sang bumped hard against him.
The tall and strong Nian Junting was forced to take a few steps backward, then looked at her in shock. She actually cared so little about him and had bumped him…”Xu Luosang, you’re too arrogant,” he accused her.
“What’s so wrong with that? Humble people get bullied these days.” Luo Sang looked at him and said, “Why are you looking at me? I’m talking about you. Don’t talk to me, and don’t show up in my sight. Even seeing you makes me angry.”
Nian Junting paused again. “You bought shoes for another man, and now you’re acting as if you did the right thing. And, you’re yelling at me.”
“Yep. I’m yelling at you. I’ll kill you by yelling!” Luo Sang snorted coldly, then started picking shoes for herself and trying them on. No matter how fiercely Nian Junting glared at her, she ignored him and treated him like something nonexistent.
