Ruan Chanchan looked at the mer who was acting like a baby. For a few seconds, her heart indeed softened, and she wanted to cook another pack of porridge for Ruan Zeqiu, but then she recalled how many cans of beef and salmon this mer had eaten. "What’s wrong, Qian Qian?" Guoguo saw that her friend was looking at someone and sighing heavily. She peered in the direction in which Ye Qian Qian was looking, but didn’t find anyone. "Who are you looking at?"
"Zeqiu." Ye Qian Qian sighed. Turning her head around, she started walking down the thin trail again. "I was going to ask him if he wanted to join my team for the evening hunt, but it seems like he is still angry." She especially came here because she wanted to talk with Ruan Zeqiu and apologise to him again. But the mer didn’t want to see her.
Ye Qian Qian knew that if she went to look for Ruan Zeqiu now, she would only become a bother, so she decided against chasing him.
"Ah, Zeqiu is still angry with you?" Guo Guo exclaimed.
Ye Qian Qian wilted upon hearing her question, and Guo Guo smacked her mouth with her hand. With an apologetic look, she said to Ye Qian Qian, "I am sorry about that. But you should quickly make up with Zeqiu, I heard from others. Guo Guo was disgusted by the train of thought of these women. Many of them were rescued by Ruan Zeqiu in the past, and yet they were coming up with ways to ruin him. If not for maintaining superficial relationships with the other hunting teams, Guo Guo would have beaten these women up for Ruan Zeqiu and Ye Qian Qian. how dare they dig into the corner of her friend!
Ye Qian Qian’s eyes darkened. "So Lang has been eyeing Zeqiu all along?"
