The New Year had just passed, and Sheng Tang’s art school entrance exam had arrived.
She applied to a local film academy, one of the star schools, which was apparently far less prestigious than the prior one. This was her pre-selection.
Before the end of registration, Sheng Tang suddenly received a phone call.
She had lost her phone, and although she had gone back to the business hall to get her number back, she hadn’t saved the caller’s number.
She answered.
"Little sister, do you remember me?" A very pleasant female voice came from the phone.
Sheng Tang had an excellent memory.
She remembered everyone she had met, even just once.
This was Zheng Weiwei, the famous screenwriter, who was also said to be one of the examiners at the Beijing Film Academy.
"Sister Zheng." Sheng Tang answered, "I’ve always remembered you."

"Did you apply to the Beijing Film Academy?" she asked Sheng Tang.
Sheng Tang said no.
"You can apply for it. I know the film academy in S City is more prestigious. But I heard that they are only recruiting a little more than thirty people for the performance department this year, and many spots are already pre-determined," said Zheng Weiwei.
Although she was talking about the film academy in S City, she was hinting that the admission spots could be pre-arranged.
If Sheng Tang went to Beijing, she could help her figure something out.
Zheng Weiwei highly appreciated Sheng Tang. Moreover, she mistakenly thought Sheng Tang was from the Gu Family and valued her background.
"Do you want to give it a try?" Zheng Weiwei urged, "Even if you don’t want to attend in the future, you can come to Beijing and have some fun."

Zheng Weiwei was delighted and quickly agreed.
The two made an agreement.
On the last day of registration, Sheng Tang applied for the Beijing Film Academy as well.
However, she hadn’t told Gu Shiting about this yet.
If she could get into the local film academy, Sheng Tang would definitely stay in S City; if not, and if Gu Shiting disagreed with her going to Beijing for school, she could always repeat the year.
Towards Gu Shiting, Sheng Tang was more tolerant. He was like a child who couldn’t settle her worries. As long as he didn’t step out of his own cage, Sheng Tang couldn’t go against him.

Sheng Tang didn’t worry about the academic courses.
