"Invincible Life" is a comedy film with a bit of sci-fi flavor. The male lead is a basketball coach at a club, and the story revolves around his sometimes on, sometimes off sixth sense. Using this, he creates many hilarious situations, drives out various disloyal elements in the basketball team, and ultimately leads the whole team to win the national championship.
In this film, the female roles are not heavily involved. The male lead has a love interest he is pursuing; Sheng Tang’s character, Xuanxuan, is his confidante and also the female manager at the club.
She is beautiful and capable, but not cold. She possesses a touch of grace and maturity. With her keen vision and trust in the male lead, she is expected to be quite captivating.
In contrast, the female lead in this film, although more significant than Sheng Tang’s role, is nowhere near as impressive.
The female lead’s role seems too cliché and flat, but it’s still easy to perform.
At the beginning of November, the crew was successfully formed, and script discussions and character analyses began.
Sheng Tang had already written her character analysis.
At the script meeting, Sheng Tang met the two male leads, one female lead, and two important supporting male actors.
The main male lead, Ding Ruifan, is Sheng Tang’s primary co-star. He is thirty-nine years old and not particularly handsome. He looks slightly slimmer than on screen and is very approachable.
These prominent actors are quite well-known. They had interacted one way or another before, and quickly became familiar; while Sheng Tang and another important supporting actor were complete newcomers.
The others were not familiar with them, so they didn’t greet them impulsively.
The producer and director were also industry bigwigs. When they entered, all the actors stood up and respectfully greeted them.
The script reading officially began.
