Kailen and Jackson entered the building.
An open hall bustling with activity greeted them.
Individuals of different races walked around in the large space, entering different parts of the hall divided by different doors.
Quickly, Jackson led Kailen towards one of the rooms.
A beautiful human with smooth blue skin and black hair was standing in front of one of the doors.
She had a professional smile on her face.
" What can I do for you, Sir"
She greeted Jackson politely.
There was no way she’d be impolite to a rank 2 alchemist.
" I want to recommend my disciple to take the rank 1 alchemist test"
Jackson replied seriously without standing on ceremony .
The beautiful woman nodded quickly ,then replied " Very well, let’s follow the procedure "
A humanoid robot walked towards Kailen.
Jackson excused himself and stood by the side, observing the whole thing with relaxed expression.
Strange lights akin to lasers scanned Kailen’s figure from head to toe.
A holographic screen suddenly popped up before the robot as the robot voiced loudly.

Several people in the hall, suddenly felt like they had heard the robot wrongly.
Apart from being extremely surprised about him having the Darkhaven surname, what the hell was a seventeen year old doing here?

Many discussions suddenly broke out amongst the crowd .

" But he’s only seventeen. He’s also from a newly discovered habitable planet with backward technology , having no knowledge about alchemy.

The blue skinned beauty revealed a surprised expression on her face.
However she quickly regained her composure, intrigued about why a rank 2 alchemist would recommend a seventeen year old to take the rank 1 alchemy test.
Kailen nodded towards the woman. After that, he turned to look at Jackson wit a confident expression on his face, then entered the room allocated for him.
After entering the room, Kailen realized he was not the only one in the room,or to be more accurate,hall.
Several individuals were seated in the hall,seriously engrossed in answering some questions. They were literally tapping their hands on the air.
Kailen assumed each one of them had some sort of transparent screens on which they were answering the questions. This was done to probably prevent others from veiwing the answers of others.
The invigilator, a midget with pointy ears wearing some spectacles , told Kailen to head to an empty seat.
He added after the instruction " You should finish answering your questions in at most 4 hours time. You came late"
Kailen ignored the invigilator , then sat on the empty seat.
The moment he sat down, a transparent screen only him could see appeared before him.
There were many questions related to a rank 1 alchemy test on the sheet.
Quickly, he started answering the questions with insane speed.
The knowledge he had gained from comprehensive knowledge of Alchemy ,level 1 was starting to reveal its perks.
He answered the questions perfectly.
" These questions are very simple"
Kailen felt like these questions were too easy.
Whiles others were struggling to answer the questions, he was literally taking a walk in the park.
In the span of about 30 minutes, he was done answering the questions.
He clicked on the submit button of the holographic screen and stood up.
Several of the examinees stared at him with mockery in their eyes as he calmly walked towards the invigilator.
This guy was the last person to arrive in the exams hall for the theory test and he gave up after only thirty minutes?
There was no way any of them would ever imagine that he was done answering the questions.
" Is he the one Jackson Bloodfallen recommended?. It seems he’s a dissapointment" The invigilator shook his head with dissapointment and disdain .

It seems there was no way Jackson’s disciple could compete with his disciple,Hudio.
Of course , Jackson had no idea whatsoever that this bastard was the master of the young man Kailen had made the bet with.
Heck, Jackson wouldn’t even remember this guy if he saw him. However the short man remembered Jackson very well.
Jackson had humiliated him a very long time ago, a humilation he would never forget.
When he saw that Jackson was recommending someone to take the test ,he was planning to find Jackson after the test and slap Jackson in the face with Hudio’s prodigious accomplishment .
" It seems I’m gonna enjoy myself today. There’s no way someone who has probably failed in the theory exams will stand a chance against my disciple’s accomplishment"
Oblivious to the man’s thoughts, Kailen walked towards the door that seperated the theory exams hall to where he’d take the practical exams, under the contemptuous gaze of the instructor.
Thanks to the Detective’s Gimmick skill, Kailen knew the man had ill intentions about him. He just didn’t know what it was.
" What the hell is his deal?" Kailen sighed.
" Never mind, let’s just focus on taking the practical test" A dangerous glint flashed through Kailen’s mind.
The door that led to the room for taking the practical test opened.
