"Miss, shall the dinner be set up here, or over at the East Wing?"
The person asking was Uncle Shao. Shen Qinglan opened the door, pondered for a while, and finally said, "Set it up at the East Wing."
The guest is still here, and as the host, it’s not appropriate to leave the guest and eat alone.
Uncle Shao paused for a moment but couldn’t help reminding, "Miss, it’s windy outside, wear more clothes!"

"Come, sit by the brazier!"

Duan Yunfei smiled, "Old Tang had it sent over just now, I was about to let Xuan Ming send you some."
Shen Qinglan rubbed her hands and asked, looking at him.
"It’s not good to lie down too much, got up to walk around."
Shen Qinglan looked at the porcelain pot for medicinal porridge on the table and asked.
Duan Yunfei felt a bit overwhelmed; normally when he sees Shen Qinglan, she hardly says a few words. Today, however, she spoke a lot, and all words were concerning him.
"Not yet, waiting to eat with you."
The tone carried an undeniable joy.
Shen Qinglan looked around, not seeing anyone else, raised an eyebrow. Clearly, they were just here, how did they disappear without a sound?
Seeing her confusion, Duan Yunfei said, "They probably went to help bring the dishes, can’t just eat and drink for free."

The cloth shops in Jinxi Town are almost all Yongning Manor’s business; he thought about asking Aunt Yang for Shen Qinglan’s measurements, and having someone talk to the cloth shop tomorrow morning, to make some winter clothes for Shen Qinglan.
"This year it’s colder early because of the rain. I heard from Old Tang that you were ill a few days ago?"
Shen Qinglan replied, "Just caught a cold."
Duan Yunfei furrowed his brows, "A cold is a serious illness too, better to be cautious!"
Shen Qinglan then recalled, in this era where medical technology isn’t advanced, even a cold could be life-threatening.

Xuan Ying, Xuan Ming, and Aunt Yang soon returned carrying food boxes, filling up the table.
Duan Yunfei raised his eyebrows and said with a faint smile, "Are you purposely trying to annoy me?"
He can only have medicinal porridge, while they have lavish meat and fish dishes before him, what sort of logic is this?
Xuan Ying chuckled, initially wanted to call him Young Master, but seeing Aunt Yang there, quickly corrected himself, "Don’t be upset, Master. Once you’re well, we’ll have Aunt Yang prepare a sumptuous meal for you."
Aunt Yang’s culinary skills are excellent, her dishes full of color, aroma, and flavor. Ever since having Shen Qingju’s cooking, Shen Qinglan suddenly felt that Aunt Yang’s cuisine was simply a heavenly delight.
