Inside the carriage, the atmosphere was somber.
Daisy Ginger hugged her legs, sitting in the passenger seat, casually chewing a gummy taken from her bag.
The man’s expression was calm, showing no emotion, as he said faintly, "Still not giving up?"
Daisy replied nonchalantly, "I have to at least try, right?"
Waiting passively for disaster was not her style.
