Boom! Flames erupted, instantly engulfing Shalnark. The night sky was illuminated. Loki, surrounded by flames, stood amidst the inferno.
Phinks and the others regained their footing, turning to look at Loki in disbelief.

He saw through our combined attack instantly.’ ’Such a strange reaction; he seemed to predict our attacks.’
Loki’s reactions were extraordinary. Even attacks from blind spots were anticipated and countered perfectly—textbook-level responses.
"Terrifying reaction," Kurapika exclaimed from the spaceship.
Gon, Killua, and Leorio were stunned. "What? What did you see? I couldn’t even keep up with their attacks," Leorio said curiously.
Kurapika explained, "Speed improves with training. But Loki’s combat talent is astonishing."
Gon and Killua exchanged glances. They’d kept up with the speed but didn’t find it terrifying. Loki’s strength was impressive; he’d blocked four attacks simultaneously.

"Their attacks were almost simultaneous. I would’ve dodged. But Loki didn’t.
He kicked Phinks, defended against Nobunaga, used palm flames to repel Machi and Shizuku, and then, using ’Flow,’ concentrated Nen in his legs and arms to absorb Nobunaga’s attack."
Kurapika took a deep breath. "This involved many things—Nen distribution for the first attack, defense, and counterattacks, and high-speed Nen flow. A 1% error would’ve put Loki in danger."
This simple exchange hid many amazing things. In a fraction of a second, he devised a counter and acted. It tested not only his Nen but his control and unwavering belief in his ability to block and counterattack.
If he hadn’t used enough Nen, Phinks wouldn’t have been kicked. Loki would’ve missed his chance to escape and been hit.
