There is a wooden bridge by the shore, and five guardian fairies rise voluntarily to welcome Duncan’s arrival. The Lake Fairy on the boat docked the small boat, then smiled and extended a hand to help him ashore.

After passing through the mist into Avalon, his body transformed into a semi-transparent, hazy state, somewhat like the Valkyrie he had encountered before, very similar to a spirit body. However, when he finally set foot on Avalon’s land, the human form in the projection interface became clear again.
Tethys smiled while leading the way ahead, with five fairies following behind. On the road, an elf brought fresh fruits, which Duncan picked up and tasted casually. The flavor was exceedingly sweet.
The fairy walking at the front smiled and said, "Welcome to Avalon."

"You can rest here for a while; tomorrow I will escort you out of the Land of the Otherworld."

Duncan’s attention was entirely focused on the Avalonian fairies; they were all marked as three-star silver gray units, while the elf spirits nearby were one-star silver gray, much weaker than he had anticipated.
"Is it because the Celtic mythology has become very weak?"
Duncan expanded the map and saw a stunningly beautiful island with no hostile units, all marked in blue. On the edge of the forest was a two-star silver gray target marked as ’Green Knight.’
Celtic mythology was not eradicated by the church but rather replaced by early Roman gods.
The core area of early Celtic mythology was Gaul. After the rise of the Roman Empire, Druid faith gradually became history, and the Celts were forced to migrate to other places. This island had hardly any buildings, and the residents were pitifully few, seemingly like a waning Divine Country of the Otherworld.
A soothing melody began to play.
In mid-air, fairies were dancing, much like those described in Shakespeare’s "A Midsummer Night’s Dream." They were called sprites and elves, being in Druid faith, natural representations of spirituality.
Fairy Tethys invited Duncan to sit in the main seat, then the six beautiful fairies sat surrounding him.
Dozens of elf spirits brought various foods, mainly composed of fruits and vegetables but also a bountiful selection of meats. Then, several little spirits began to dance, while elf, like minstrels, performed, making the atmosphere lively and cheerful quickly.
A group of fairies reminiscent of Flower Fairies brought goblets, accompanied by the rich scent of flowers permeating, the amber liquid alluring to the senses.
The six fairies stood up to raise their glasses, led by Tethys’ charming smile, "Lord Duncan,"
"Please have a taste of Avalon’s honey wine."
"It is a rare fine wine of this world."
Duncan swallowed his throat; he indeed smelled the aroma of the wine. Although he was not fond of wine, the fragrance was truly enticing, arousing one’s desires.
Duncan drank like tasting a fine brew, honey, floral scent, mixed with the wine flavor, made him wholly comfortable. Seeing him finish it in one go, the surrounding elves immediately became joyful, swirling around Duncan’s figure in dance.
Watching this scene, he even felt like he was sleepwalking in a fairyland.
The six Avalonian fairies said nothing else, as if they had organized a grand banquet, inviting Duncan to attend.
The joyful atmosphere gradually permeated.
Unconsciously, Duncan had drunk many cups, even his vision seemed slightly hazy.
