I AM A MAGE BUT WITH MILF SYSTEM Chapter 598

As they approached, the guards on the wall noticed them. Recognition flashed across their faces, and they immediately stood at attention.

One called down, "Lady Seraphine! Lady Lyanna! Lady Cassandra! We weren't expecting you!"

"We've brought our father," Seraphine called back. "He wishes to inspect the portal."

The reaction was immediate. The guards' eyes widened, and within moments the entire garrison seemed to be mobilizing. The gate opened rapidly, and dozens of warriors poured out, forming neat ranks.

They all dropped to one knee, heads bowed, fists pressed to their hearts in a gesture of absolute respect.

"Creator!" they murmured, their voices echoing off the valley walls. "We are honored by your presence!"

Julian felt slightly uncomfortable with such reverence but understood it was necessary. To these beings, he was quite literally their god.

"Rise," he commanded gently. "Go about your duties. I'm here to inspect the portal, not to disrupt your important work."

The warriors rose but remained at attention, their eyes following Julian with awe and barely suppressed excitement. News of the Creator's return had clearly spread throughout the realm, but seeing him in person was apparently overwhelming for many.

A particularly large warrior stepped forward—clearly the garrison commander. He was humanoid but with distinct features: his skin had a faint metallic glow, his eyes glowed red, and his physique was muscular. He wore armor that looked like it came out of a fantasy novel.

"Commander Thorne," he introduced himself. "I have the honor of leading this garrison. The portal is this way, Creator. We'll escort you."

They proceeded deeper into the valley, past the fortifications, following a worn path through the rocky terrain. The temperature increased as they went, the sulfur smell growing stronger. Julian noticed scorch marks on some of the rocks, signs of combat or perhaps the energy from the portal itself.

Finally, the portal came into view.

Julian stopped, genuinely impressed.

The portal was massive—a swirling vortex of energy easily thirty feet in diameter. It was suspended in the air between two natural rock pillars.

"Magnificent," he breathed. "And this has been stable for three centuries?"

"Completely stable," Seraphine confirmed. "We've monitored it carefully. The energy output varies slightly—more active during certain times of year—but the portal itself never wavers."

Julian approached slowly, analyzing the portal. His daughters and Commander Thorne followed at a respectful distance, letting him examine it without interference.

"This is definitely my work," Julian confirmed after a moment. "But it's evolved, matured. The portal has been active for so long that it developed its own characteristics."

He reached out with one hand, letting his fingers approach the swirling energy. The portal reacted immediately—the swirling intensified, colors brightened, and for a moment an image flickered in the vortex.

Julian caught a glimpse of the world beyond—Arenath.

Spread before his perception were countless small worlds, like stars scattered across a night sky. Each one was unique—different in size, environment, and characteristics. Some were massive and lush, others barren. Some glowed with vibrant energy; others were dim and dying.

Arenath had expanded far beyond what Julian originally remembered—almost a hundred times larger.

Some worlds were trembled by constant warfare. Julian observed massive armies clashing, powerful beings locked in eternal combat. Blood soaked the earth, energy weapons lit the skies, and only the strongest survived each day.

Other worlds were surprisingly peaceful—their inhabitants having achieved some form of balance or harmony. These worlds seemed to serve as rest stops, places where beings could recover before moving to harsher environments.

But what truly caught Julian's attention was the inter-world conflict. He watched as beings from one world forcibly invaded another, tearing through the barriers between realms, conquering and claiming territories across multiple dimensions. Entire worlds were battlegrounds, with factions from different realities fighting for supremacy.

It was chaotic.

As Julian's consciousness moved through the different scenes, he felt something unexpected.

The world of Arenath sent its acknowledgment to him.

It wasn't anything verbal but was more fundamental than that—a recognition of the creator.

Julian smiled, memories flooding back.

He remembered the early days of Arenath's creation, when it had been nothing but an ambitious experiment. He had taken two fundamental energies—Death Energy and Creation Energy—two forces that were natural opposites.

And he had forced them to war against each other.

He contained them in a pocket dimension, let them clash and struggle and tear at each other. Death Energy sought to unmake everything, to return all matter and energy to void. Creation Energy fought to build, to bring forth new existence.

The war had continued for... Julian couldn't even measure the time properly. In that pocket dimension, time flowed differently. What might have been days outside could have been eons inside. The two energies battled endlessly, neither able to truly destroy the other, both fueling an ever-escalating conflict.

And from that war, something unexpected had emerged.

The portal.

Julian pulled his consciousness back slightly, observing the full scope of what his experiment had become.

"Magnificent," he breathed aloud, his voice full of genuine wonder. "It's become so much more than I ever imagined."

His three daughters, who had been waiting respectfully silent while he examined the portal, exchanged curious glances.

"Father?" Seraphine asked. "Is something wrong?"

"Wrong?" Julian looked at them, his expression bright with excitement. "No, nothing's wrong. Arenath has expanded into an entire cosmos. Billions, maybe trillions of interconnected worlds, all serving as proving grounds."

"Trillions?" Cassandra's eyes widened. "We thought it was just one harsh world on the other side."

"No," Julian corrected, shaking his head. "It has always been multiple worlds. But its scale has increased dramatically over time."

Seraphine's expression shifted from curiosity to shock, her eyes going wide with realization. "Wait... you mean you created all of that?"

Julian smiled, a hint of pride in his expression. "Well, you could put it that way."

Before any of them could respond further, Julian raised his hands toward his daughters. "Come. Let me show you something."

The three young women were surprised by the sudden gesture, opening their mouths to ask questions, but before a single word could escape—

The world vanished.

Reality twisted and then exploded outward in a completely different environment.

They materialized floating in... nothing.
