Me and Erect could still peek over it and see the monster.
There was a dustbin kept at my right side and on my left side was Erect.
"Now what?" Erect whispered.
"Now we wait." I said.
"Shut up. Now we wait for him to do something. Stop asking so many questions."
The monster kept standing in the middle of whichever country or city he was standing. His eyes were locked on the ground below him.
He didn't move an inch.
We were behind him as I had no intention of playing a staring contest with that guy.
So now we could see him, and he could not see us... probably.
"Permit me to inquire, venerable fellow citizens of our great nation, is it your noble persona that I am presently privileged to encounter?"
"Shut up, Erect. And don't change your voice all of a sudden."
"But I didn't say anything."
"Then who spoke just now? Could it be..." My eyes widened. "That red guy?"
"I don't think so. Why would he call us fellow citizens?" Erect said.
Then who talked to us?
