I Am the Mentor of Spider-Man Chapter 107

Time line :June 2 1967

10 years later after the fight with Mister Sinister

As Edward talked to his frozen son, he remembered the last ten years. He thought about all the fights they had, the victories they won, and the sacrifices they made in the name of justice. But even when they won, Edward still missed his son, Michael. He wished Michael was there with them.

"Son, ever since you've been in this state, there have been many happenings in this world, many bad guys we are fighting," Edward began, his voice choked with emotion. "But don't worry, because of the organization I created, we've won the fight against villains."

His words were filled with both pride and sorrow, a testament to the bittersweet nature of their victories without Michael by their side. Edward paused, struggling to contain his tears as he continued to speak.

Edward stopped for a moment, feeling really sad. "There was this one bad guy, Sinister, he was really strong. But we had someone helping us. His name was Wolverine. He was super strong and could heal really fast."

Edward touched the ice around his son and felt tears in his eyes. "I just want you to come back to us," he whispered. He felt really sad and couldn't hold back his tears.

Edward's wife, Emberly, was next to him, crying too. They both missed their son a lot. Even though it had been so long, they still hoped and waited for Michael to come back.

(Meanwhile Loe side)

As Loe sat by his dying adoptive father, Thomas Halloway, tears streamed down his face. "Mr. Thomas Halloway," Loe managed to say through his sobs.

Thomas weakly smiled at his son. "Loe, my boy," he replied, his voice is soft. "Don't give up hope. Even when I'm not here anymore, I know you'll find a way through any struggles you face."

"But—" Loe tried to speak, but Thomas interrupted gently, "You're a grown man now, Loe. You have a wife and two children to take care of."

Loe couldn't hold back his tears, feeling a mix of sadness and frustration. "Old man," he choked out between sobs.

Thomas reached out to Loe, his hand trembling with age. "I won't be able to see Michael and Mark when they come back," he said softly. "But promise me, Loe, that you'll tell them I said hello."

"You bet I will, old man," Loe promised, tears still streaming down his face.

And with that, Thomas Halloway passed away at the age of 90, leaving behind a grieving son but also a legacy of hope and strength. Loe would carry his Adoptive father's words with him.

The hot sun shone on the training ground, making it feel like an oven. Soldiers were busy doing their exercises when Captain Mozar, a serious officer, noticed something was wrong. He saw a group of soldiers making a lot of noise and went over to check.

"What are you doing, Ben Parker?" he barked, his voice carrying authority as he approached the scene. His gaze fell upon Ben Parker, a 31-year-old soldier known for his strong sense of justice and unwavering commitment to duty.

Ben, feeling the weight of his actions, stood firm and looked Captain Mozar straight in the eye. "Sir, this soldier was being cruel," he added, his voice steady. "He abused his power, and I couldn't just stand by and watch. That's why I punched him, sir."

Captain Mozar's expression hardened as he listened to Ben's explanation. He knew Ben to be a dedicated soldier, but he couldn't condone acts of violence within the ranks. "You!" he exclaimed, pointing a finger at Ben. "Push up 100 times. Reflect on what you did."

Ben immediately followed orders, getting down on the ground and starting a set of push-ups. With each push-up, he reflected on what had happened, thinking about the difference between doing what's right and facing the consequences of his actions.

While Ben was still doing his push-ups, whispers began to spread among the soldiers as a higher-ranking officer arrived on the scene. Captain Mozar noticed the newcomer and he immediately signaled for the soldiers to halt their activities.

"Soldier, stand up," Captain Mozar commanded, his tone respectful yet firm as he addressed Ben and his fellow soldiers. With a sense of anticipation hanging in the air, they rose to their feet, their eyes fixed on the figure who had just arrived.

It was Chris Hilton, a member of the prestigious Hilton family known for its wealth and influence. His presence commanded attention as he surveyed the scene with keen interest, his sharp eyes taking in every detail.

"So, this is your soldier, huh?" Chris remarked, his voice carrying a hint of amusement as he observed the soldiers before him. His gaze lingered on the injured face of the soldier who had been punched by Ben, a thoughtful expression crossing his features.

"Interesting," Chris mused aloud, a faint smile playing at the corners of his lips. "It seems like this soldier is rougher than I thought." Turning his attention back to Captain Mozar, he declared, "I'll be joining your training sessions for the next year. I'm hosting an event, and I want to be ready."

"Alright, soldiers, let's get to it!" Captain Mozar barked out the order, his voice echoing across the training ground. The soldiers, now united in purpose, responded with a resounding

"Yes, sir!" They held deep admiration for Chris, remembering his heroic actions during the battle against Mister Sinister and the New York incident where Spider-Man had saved the day. Chris Hilton's presence there had been crucial in rescuing the people, earning him their utmost respect and admiration. With renewed determination, they were ready to embark on this new journey of training with him.

After 1 month

Time line :October 2 1968

Underneath the moon's gentle light, Chris and Ben paused to rest after a tough workout. Even though they were tired, a bond had formed between them during their time together.

As they caught their breath under the moon's gentle glow, Ben gathered his courage to bring up something on his mind. "Um, if you don't mind me asking," he ventured, his tone cautious yet curious.

Chris turned his attention to Ben, his expression open and attentive. "Of course, Ben. What's on your mind?" he replied, inviting the conversation.

Ben hesitated for a moment before posing his question. "Is Spider-Man really gone?" he asked, his tone carrying a hint of both admiration and doubt. It had been almost twenty years since Spider-Man vanished from the city's view, leaving behind a legacy that lingered in the hearts of many, Ben included.

As Chris pondered, memories of his dear friend Michael, who once took up the heroic identity of Spider-Man, flooded his mind. Feelings stirred within him, a mixture of fondness for their shared experiences and sadness for Michael's absence. After a brief pause to collect his thoughts, he met Ben's gaze with a somber yet determined expression. "You know, Spider-Man always taught me something important," he began, his voice tinged with both sorrow and conviction.

"'He said With great power comes great responsibility,'" Chris continued, his words carrying the weight of wisdom passed down through him. "Do you understand what that means?"

Ben hesitated for a moment, showing his uncertainty with a slight shake of his head. "I'm not really sure, sir," he admitted

Chris nodded, looking out at the horizon as he pondered Ben's question. "Well, Ben, it's like this," he began, his voice calm and clear. "It means that When you have the ability to change things, you also have a duty to use that power wisely,"

Then he continued, his voice steady and resolute. "It's a bit like having a special gift. You can either use it to help people or to cause trouble, but either way, you're responsible for what you do."

A faint smile graced Chris's lips as he reminisced about Michael Wilson's selfless deeds. "Spider-Man didn't seek fame or fortune," he continued, his voice tinged with admiration. "Instead, he chose to use his gifts to protect the innocent and uphold justice."

Taking a brief pause to gather his thoughts, Chris's expression softened with a sense of hope. ."That's why I'm sure Spider-Man will come back," he affirmed, his voice filled with unwavering faith. "His Responsibility to help others goes beyond anything else. Whenever there's a call for help, One day Spider-Man will answer it, without fail. and He will come back."

With those words, Chris imparted a timeless lesson to Ben, reminding him of the enduring legacy of Spider-Man and the importance of embracing one's responsibilities, no matter the circumstances. with the memory of Michael Wilson aka Spider-Man, lingering in their hearts as a beacon of hope and inspiration.
