I Am the Mentor of Spider-Man Chapter 41

After the rescue operation, We are outside the school, watching as ambulances arrived to attend to the injured and transport the bodies of those who didn't make it. The atmosphere was somber, but there was also a sense of relief knowing that they had managed to save as many lives as they could.

The people who had been given healing potion quickly got better. It was like they weren't hurt at all. They sat together, talking and comforting each other, thankful for another chance to live. Thomas Halloway, the old teacher who saved those students and teachers, was seen as a hero by the thankful survivors.

Meanwhile

In the midst of all the commotion, a reporter hurried to the scene, microphone in hand, eager to report the latest news. "We're here at Midtown High School, where a terrible attack has shocked the entire community," she said urgently. "The police are working hard and help those who were hurt."

Another reporter chimed in, eager to uncover more details. "Who is responsible for this heinous attack?" she asked, her voice filled with determination. "What drove them to commit such a senseless act of violence?"

However, Kevin Bridget stood his ground, refusing to divulge any sensitive information to the reporters. With a calm and collected manner, he urged them to concentrate on the ongoing efforts to help the survivors and bring back order to the situation. "Our priority right now is ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved," Kevin stated firmly, deflecting their inquiries. He wanted to ensure that the reporters understood the immediate priority without getting caught up in unnecessary speculation.

In Kevin Bridget's mind, urgency pulsed like a drumbeat. "Come on, Captain," he thought, his patience waning. "We need you to wrap this up fast. These reporters are like a pack of hungry hyenas, and I can't hold them off much longer." He glanced over at the swarm of journalists, their cameras flashing and questions flying like arrows. Time was of the essence, and he hoped Captain Edward Wilson would return soon to help manage the crowd.

[Edward and Thomas Perspective]

As Edward Wilson talked with Thomas Halloway, he wanted to know more about what had happened at the school. "So, Spider-Man helped you guys out and gave you those potions," Edward said, trying to follow along. "And this bad guy you faced; He have a what? Vibranium?" he asked, simplifying his question to make it clearer.

Thomas Halloway scratched his head, feeling a bit frustrated. "Yeah, he had something called Vibranium on his arm. I think I heard of it somewhere, not sure where, but it looks really strong " he explained, shrugging his shoulders. "Guess my memory's not as sharp as it used to be. Getting old has its downsides," he added with a wry smile, acknowledging the limitations age can bring.

"I recall a criminal once yammering about Vibranium," Captain Edward Wilson recalling a previous encounter with a criminal who mentioned it. "At the time, I thought he was just spouting hogwash. He claimed it could cause massive destruction just by using it, but I brushed it off as a joke. Well, as it turns out, he wasn't pulling my leg," he said, shaking his head at the realization.

(Mc Perspective)

After the incident, I noticed that everyone was talking with their families, sharing what happened. And I saw a bunch of reporters chatting with the police officers, quite the scene, isn't it?

And also I reflected on the tragedy and the lives lost, the weight of responsibility settled heavily on my shoulders. It dawned on me that as Spider-Man, I had a duty to protect those who couldn't protect themselves.

Then I noticed my dad engaged in conversation with Teacher Thomas, likely discussing the events that had transpired. My dad had heard that Teacher Thomas helped students with Spider-Man (me), so it was clear he wanted to know the details. Their conversation seemed intense, with my dad listening intently as Teacher Thomas recounted his experiences during the chaos.

Meanwhile, Chris and Emily were talking to their parents nearby. They seemed to be explaining what happened and reassuring them that they were okay.

However, my attention was drawn to Mark, who sat alone in the ambulance, looking lost in his thoughts. Concern flooded me as I approached him, wondering what was on his mind and if he needed someone to talk to.

[Meanwhile at the same time Chris Perspective]

"I'm okay, Mom. I survived," Chris reassured his mother with a faint smile, trying to ease her worries.

Judy Hilton pulled him into a tight hug, relief flooding her expression. "Thank goodness, Chris," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. "I was so worried about you. I'm just glad you're safe." Chris nodded, returning his mother's embrace, feeling grateful for her comforting presence.

"Mom, is Dad still busy?" Chris asked, noticing his father's absence at the school.

"Chris, your dad is really worried too," Judy Hilton, Chris's mom, reassured him. "He's just tied up with some business matters. You know how important our family's influence is in this city."

"Yeah, yeah, I know, Mom. He's always busy," Chris replied with a mix of sadness and resentment towards his father.

[Meanwhile at the same time Emily Perspective]

Sharon Hawkins, Emily's mother, wiped away tears as she hugged her daughter tightly. "We were so worried, Emily. I'm just relieved you're safe," she said, her voice trembling with emotion.

Emily nodded, tears streaming down her cheeks. "I was scared too, Mom. But we made it through," she replied, her voice filled with relief.

Gary Hawkins, Emily's father, clenched his fists in anger, his eyes flashing with determination. "If I was there, I would have fought them to the death and beaten them," he declared, his voice filled with fierce resolve.

Sharon placed a hand on Gary's shoulder, trying to calm him. "Gary, what matters is that Emily is safe now. We can't change what happened," she said gently, her tone soothing

Emily looked at her dad, knowing he was upset, and put her hand on his arm. "Dad," she said quietly, "I'm okay. We're okay."

"I know, dear," he replied, his voice softening as he looked at her. "I just... I can't help but worry about you. You mean everything to me."

They hugged each other close, finding comfort in their embrace in this tragedy. Sharon enveloped both Emily and Gary in a tight hug, thankful that Emily were safe and savoring the joy of being reunited.
