Kaito manipulated Ryūmyaku’s chains to tightly bind the motionless Jashin.
The joyful demon mask on the Box of Ultimate Bliss automatically cracked and fell off, and the beast head beneath opened its giant mouth.
Since three out of the four demons had already been sealed, the purple mist inside the Box of Ultimate Bliss became even more intense, surging out of the beast’s mouth and wrapping around Jashin.
Jashin suddenly lifted its head, its pitch-black pupils staring intently at Kaito.
A wicked smile appeared on its face again. Using the force of Ryūmyaku’s chains, it voluntarily threw itself into the Box of Ultimate Bliss.
"Hehehehe..." The last sharp, childlike voice rang out, "Kaito, you won’t succeed!"
Kaito frowned, but didn’t notice anything unusual.
The Box of Ultimate Bliss closed again, the eyes of the joyful demon mask lit up, and nothing else happened.
After sinking the Box of Ultimate Bliss back into the ground, Kaito dismantled the formation, reclaimed the sub-bloom of the red spider lily, and summoned Chiri and Mui again.
"Miss Chiri, Mui, I need to deeply communicate with Lord Seimei. Please keep watch."

He bowed to the river.
"Lord Seimei, Kaito requests an audience."
The sound of splashing water was heard, and a human figure emerged from the golden river.

"Kaito-kun." Seimei smiled, fanning himself, and looked at Kaito. "You’ve completed the task well."
Kaito bowed slightly.
"Lord Seimei, when sealing Jashin at the end, I sensed something was wrong but couldn’t detect anything unusual. Please enlighten me."
Seimei paused the movement of his fan, carefully observing Kaito.
After a few seconds, he smiled again and resumed fanning himself gently.
"It seems, Kaito-kun, you’ll need to endure more hardships to gain the power of the King of Yama."
Kaito frowned and spoke again.
"Please, Lord Seimei, enlighten me."
Seimei closed his fan and tapped it against the palm of his other hand.
"Since Jashin voluntarily entered the Box of Ultimate Bliss, I suspect it still has hidden tricks up its sleeve."
"You mean?" Kaito looked into Seimei’s eyes.
Seimei nodded slightly.
"This is troublesome." Kaito said with some difficulty, "If it succeeds in devouring the power of the other three demons and further controls the rules inside the Box of Ultimate Bliss, it might be impossible to purify it in the end."
Seimei opened his fan again and said, "Jashin inherited some of the King of Yama’s soul power. Let me assist you."
"Thank you very much, Lord Seimei."
Kaito bowed again, and the Box of Ultimate Bliss spun and appeared beside him from the void.
Seimei smiled and beckoned, causing the Box of Ultimate Bliss to fly up and sink into the golden river.
"Kaito-kun, you may attend to other matters now." Seimei’s figure slowly turned into golden water. "You can summon the Box of Ultimate Bliss again in a year."
"Yes, thank you very much, Lord Seimei."

"Whew..." Kaito opened his eyes.
"Welcome back, Kaito." Chiri, who was standing guard nearby, turned to look at him.
"I’m back, Miss Chiri."
Kaito didn’t stand up but instead took out a broken paper doll.
"I’ll remake Izuna-senpai’s possession paper doll first."
He formed hand seals, and Izuna’s spirit separated from the broken possession paper doll.
"Izuna-senpai, are you alright?" Kaito examined his condition.
"Hmph, I’m fine."
Izuna looked a bit irritated.
"It was my carelessness. Has Jashin been sealed?"
"Glad your spirit wasn’t harmed. Yes, it’s been sealed." Kaito nodded. "I’ll make a new possession paper doll for you now."
"Understood."
Kaito extracted Uchiha Izuna’s Mangekyō Sharingan from the broken paper doll and unrolled a new sheet of paper.

Kaito walked out of the cult’s base alone and blew a wooden whistle.
Gurē appeared promptly, and the two of them went to the capital of the Land of Hot Water.
After a big meal, Kaito stayed at the most luxurious hot spring inn in the capital.
Since Gurē, being a bird, always avoided water, Kaito had to enter the private hot spring outside his room alone.
Sitting in the warm hot spring, Kaito closed his eyes and began communicating with the blood puppet.
"Master."
The voice, originally belonging to Obito, sounded in his mind.
"How is it? Has Black Zetsu made any further moves?"
"Black Zetsu plans to use White Zetsu’s unique transformation ability to impersonate you and your companions to attack the Five Great Nations’ ninjas who are sealed in Kusagakure."
"I see. Trying to sow hatred between the Five Great Nations and me. It seems he can no longer use his own power against me."
"Yes, he wants to hinder you from sealing Jashin. Please give your instructions."
"No need to act. He’s already too late. I have successfully sealed Jashin. Just observe quietly."
"Yes."
Kaito opened his eyes and broke the connection.

With a hand seal, a puff of white smoke appeared, and the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, in an apron and holding a spatula, appeared before him.
"Good evening." Minato sat down unceremoniously and placed the spatula on the floor. "Kaito-kun really knows how to enjoy himself."
"Looks like I interrupted you, Minato-kun." Kaito smiled apologetically.
"Not at all."
Minato smiled kindly, though his face was a bit dark.
"It’s just that I was preparing dinner for Naruto."
"Sorry for disturbing your family time. I’ll be brief."
Kaito raised his hands in surrender.
"I’ve received information that Akatsuki members plan to impersonate me and my companions to infiltrate Kusagakure and attack the sealed Five Great Nations’ ninjas."
Minato’s expression became serious.
"What do you want me to do?"
"Please go to Kusagakure to protect those people." Kaito smiled.
"Why don’t you go yourself and lift their seals?"
"If they want their seals lifted, they can come to me and pay the price." Kaito said firmly. "That’s a matter of principle."
"Alright, I understand."
Minato gave him a strange look and then nodded decisively.
"You’ve barely spent any time with Naruto, so I’ll trouble you with this." Kaito smiled. "How about this, as a reward for this mission, I’ll waive Kakashi’s seal removal fee! That way, you’ll have an extra helper."
"Great idea!" Minato’s eyes lit up at the thought of Kakashi’s disheveled state, and he handed a special kunai to Kaito.
"After dinner, I’ll bring Kakashi to you, Kaito-kun."
Kaito took the kunai and waved his hand.
"I understand. You can go back now, but your food is probably burnt by now."
"Goodbye!"
Minato’s face changed drastically, and he quickly picked up the spatula and disappeared.
