For Zhao Zhao, the puppet Lis produced instantly seized his attention.

Lis watched Zhao Zhao, whose initiative was booming, and nodded in satisfaction as well.
You see, just like in Luminous Stone City, a few rewards can get players to work tirelessly for him; he doesn't have to worry about a thing.
And afterwards, they even thank me!
As to whether the rewards for this quest were too generous, it didn't matter, just like with Mo Yun's Gold Level series quest. Whether it was actually completed was up to Lis to decide.
At least until the players managed to break through to Silver Level with the release of the 3.0 update lifting the Level cap, those two would almost certainly not be able to complete it.
