Duke House sensed something was wrong and immediately tried to slip away.
At that moment, a blinding white light exploded between the two, and the violent gales blew the Nobles in the hall helter-skelter.
When the light dissipated, neither Lis nor Duke House were to be seen.
Ten or so kilometers outside of Bright City, a desolate little hill.
Space twisted, and two figures fell from mid-air.
It was Lis and Duke House, who had just been in the Royal Palace of Feis.
Duke House stabilized his form and lightly landed on the hill.
Surveying his surroundings, Duke House quickly noticed they were quite the distance from Bright City.

Lis had just used this Space Magic to forcibly teleport them to the wastelands outside Bright City, foiling Duke House's plan to take hostages.
Duke House took a deep breath, releasing the hand he had been holding in front of him.
The wound inflicted by Lis had barely healed and was no longer bleeding.
As a Fallen Druid, their recovery ability was indeed quite formidable.
"Worthy of being a disciple of the Judgement Flame, your Space Magic has become quite powerful, Lis!" Duke House said calmly, his voice concealing a burning rage underneath.
"It's just a pity, it seems your luck is not so good."
As Duke House finished speaking, three figures appeared not far behind him.
Two stood side by side in front, the other stood obediently behind.
Duke House turned and bowed respectfully, saying:
A surging and terrifying presence emanated from the two in the centre, pressing directly towards where Lis was.
Feeling the vicious and terrifying aura, Lis's nerves were frantically alerting him to the imminent threat of death before him.
A thin sweat breaking out on his forehead, Lis cracked a bitter smile and said:
"Couldn't be... that unlucky, could I?"
The aura was something Lis had felt before; it was the kind of pressure that only Legendary Strongmen could exert.
