With Aunt Bai’s support, Le Yao immediately felt much more relaxed. Aunt Bai had been helping Le Yao bathe Shuo Shuo and coax him to sleep before preparing to go back.
“Sir Jue probably hasn’t eaten yet.” Aunt Bai smiled. “I’ll go back first.”
Le Yao opened her mouth to say that it was fine for him to skip a meal, but in the end, she didn’t. After all, he had helped her a lot. She couldn’t be so ignorant.
