Seeing their companion being chased, some of the stronger male deer stepped forward to help drive away the wolves that were about to pounce.

A wolf and a deer faced off, wolf claws against deer antlers in mutual combat, neither gaining any advantage.
Thanks to the help from its companions, the pursued deer managed to successfully escape.
