Ye Xiu stood frozen for a second before she collapsed, shouting hysterically.

Bai Da insisted it was okay, Nan Jin had gone to training and was moving away.
On their wedding night, everything looked so festive, Ye Xiu felt somewhat surreal.
She was actually getting married.
After the wedding, life was good.
Bai Da coddled her, pampered her, and handed all the money to her, wanting to give her the best of everything.
She should have felt happy, but something seemed amiss, like she had forgotten something.

She clutched her head, in terrible pain, so intense that she fainted.
Before she lost consciousness, she saw Bai Da striding over with a ferocious look, and landed a heavy punch on Nan Jin.
Why would Bai Da do that, when he was always so gentle?
So strange. She also seemed to have become unlike herself.
When she woke again, she felt dizzy.
Nan Jin was no longer there; she saw Bai Da, disheveled, sitting beside her, watching her.
