Zixin was currently suffering a beating of a lifetime. The person who was beating him up was a female disciple with fistsvered in bandages. Her punches were so deadly that Zixin wasnstantly vomiting saliva. This was because she had a unique fist technique called the Hard Soft Fist Technique.
This technique was especially made to deal with body cultivators because to those with strong physical defences, this techniqueuld bypass them and directly your organs. And to those with strong organs but weak bodies often died before theyuld bme something of their lives. The female disciple fell on her knees due to fatigue. The whole time, she was the one on the offensive which had given her the advantage over Zixin but after fighting for so long, she wasmpletely drained of energy.

Zixin nodded and swallowed a healing pill, his bruised body then began to heal. In fifteen to twenty minutes, Zixin hadmpletely rvered.
"Eldest Senior Brother Xiao Dan, I didn't expect that even you would be interested in a little game that weaklings like us prepared." said Bao while looking at the last disciple.
Like all other disciples, this disciple was wearing red robes, a tall body with defined muscles and wild and untamable aura. He had everything, the looks, the body and even the aura. Many female disciples secretly had a crush on him but unfortunately, he was a battle junky, always seeking out stronger opponents.

Zixin and Xiao Dan stood face to face in the arena. Although Zixinuldn't tell how strong Xiao Dan was, just the looks everyone was giving him said enough. This was the type of opponent that Zixin had been waiting for and he felt like his opportunity tomplete the First Volume had arrived.
"Eldest Senior Brother Xiao Dan, don't hold back. Show me just how strong a Qi Practitioner is, show me how strong you truly are!" said Zixin in an arrogant and provocative manner. Hearing his words, Xiao Dan snorted in disdain.
"Begin!" when Bao said this word, Xiao Dan moved so fast it looked as if he'd teleported in front of Zixin. With a palmvered in thick crimson energy, Xiao Dan slammed the palm strike on Zixin's chest before heuld even react.
The force and energy of this attack spread out evenly in Zixin's body, breaking each and every one of his body. Not just that, after his bones were broken, the crimson energy laced itself on the broken bones, ensuring that Zixin wouldn't be able to heal himself and remain a cripple for life. A palm print was left on Zixin's chest as he vomited blood mixed with pieces and bits of internal organs.
"A weakling like you dares to be arrogant in front of me. As punishment, you shall bme a vegetable for the rest of your life!" said Xiao Dan before walking away. He didn't evenllected his blood pills from Zixin who had already lostnsciencesness.

When Zixin woke up, his body was aching all over and heuldn't move even a single finger. This was because his spinalrd was also broken so all body movements weren't possible.
'What happened? Where am I? Let me heal myself first.' thought Zixin. His broken bones tried to reattach with the activation of Zixin's cultivation technique but it kept failing.

Once in a while, someone would to check up on him to see if there was progress and would inject a liquid substance into his body. The liquid substances turned out to be some sort of painkiller because after he was injected with it, Zixin felt greatly alleviated of the pain.
This went on for auple of weeks and Zixin had made great progress in healing, a few days ago, he'd barely managed to reattach a few bones together. Although it looked insignificantmpared to his actual situation, it was progress nonetheless.
"Elder Heng has sudden woken up with a full rvery!"
[What?! How did he do it?! Where is he?!] asked Elder Heng. He was an old man with an ordinary aura.
"He's still in his room but he's fully rvered. During the few weeks, I only injected the pain killer remedy as you instructed and didn't dare to check up on hisndition using my Qi as per your instructions." replied the disciple.
