The history lover boy spent the whole day nursing his internal wounds and by morning, all his wounds were healed. After that, he stood up and left his house, not to go to the library but went to class. The only lectures he attended were those that spoke about history and there were only a few of them every once in a while.
In this lecture room, many students were listening with rapt attention and some students were even taking notes of what the instructor was teaching and hours later, the lecture ended and the students left one after the other. The history lover boy remained behind and once the hall was empty, went to the instructor who was an old man.
"Greetings Instructor Tems!"
"Ah, Sunny my boy, which winds brought my young protegè here today?" said Instructor Tems with a gentle smile.
"Instructor Tems, I have some questions that need answers and I hope you can help me with this." replied Sunny.
"Instructor Tems, do you know about the Dry Lands Language?"
"Is it a powerful language or just another ordinary language?" asked Sunny.
"It’s a day to day language but under certain conditions, it will become a powerful language." When Instructor Tems said this, it was like Sunny’s mind had exploded and his body shook slightly.
"And...And what would those conditions be?" Sunny stammered.
"Since you brought up this topic, I’m assuming you already know about the Dryans Race of the Dry Lands who embody "Dryness" to another level. Anything and everything that isn’t dry can hurt or even kill them."
"Good, it was actually Sorcerer Thodore who discovered that the Dry Lands Language could have such a powerful when used together with magic. In order to use the Dry Lands Language in Magic, a catalyst that leads to dryness is needed. It can be the Fire Element, Earth Element, poison, Evil Arts and Curse Magic. Now, casting spells and incantations in the Dry Lands Language infuses and amplifies the dryness aspect of the spell.
For example, if a Fire Ball Spell is casted using the Dry Lands Language, it would release such heat that would force out and evaporate all the moist in the target’s body until they are completely dry then burn them to ashes. Do you get it?"
"I get it, I get it. The catalysts are all the things that cause side effects of dryness and the Dry Lands Language amplifies these side effects by a great margin. Amazing! Simply amazing! How did Thodore even come up with such an idea?!"
"His revenge against his greatest foe pushed him to that edge. Sometimes, what one needs isn’t a good environment for success but an absolutely desperate situation to force them into thinking outside the box." said Instructor Tems with a serious tone. Sunny seemed to realise something else and quickly asked.
"Instructor, since the Dry Lands Language can amplify the dryness of things then does that mean other languages also follow the same rules? The Wet Lands, Fiery Lands and Windy Lands Language?!"
"Ah, you quickly realised it. In theory, it’s possible but in practise, it’s very difficult. The other Languages of the Four Natural Lands were recorded and copies were made but we just don’t understand these languages. Only a few have managed to fully understand them but even with the notes they left behind, we still can’t understand it." explained Tems.
"Instructor Tems, is there really no one who can teach me this language, I really want to learn it!"
"There is one person whom I think could teach you the Language but you’ll have to provide knowledge that he doesn’t yet know." said Instructor Tems with a thoughtful expression.

The next day, Evan came to the library and didn’t change his routine. He sat on the same table and read the same books but today, the library was far more crowded than it had ever been. Zixin slept the whole day and when it was getting dark, the students left the library one after the other. Soon, the ground floor and 1st floors of the library were empty and the lady on the 2nd floor didn’t emerge. Once everyone had left, Evan approached Zixin with anticipation.
"I’ll no longer be teaching you the Dry Lands Language, instead, take this. This worm is called the Bookworm and is my creation. Just place it on your forehead and the knowledge is yours. Don’t be surprised when it enters your brain. All the information about the Dry Lands Language is with it." said Zixin impatiently.
Evan was completely astounded that his mouth and eyes were wide open but not for the reasons Zixin thought.
’Bookworm? Created it himself? Does this mean he’s Mr Bug?!’ thought Evan. If it was true then it meant that the misfortune he thought had befell him had turned into fortune, great fortune even.
’He’s definitely Mr Bug! But I didn’t expect him to look...he’s definitely Mr Bug!’ thinking about Zixin’s and his own transformation, he was 100% sure that Zixin was Mr Bug.
"Now get out of my sight!" said Zixin and Evan immediately left the library.
