When one breaks through to the Soul Forming Realm with the Ten Thousand Swords Soul Technique, their Soul is in the shape of the sword and usually, it’s only one Soul. He allowed himself to flow with the river and just relaxed himself. After his impurities were cleansed from his body, he felt lighter and more refreshed like he’d just taken a big dump and was now relieved and free.
