Wulliz City is a vibrant, bustling city filled with activity, people and mysteries. Shops were numerous here but hawkers were few and scattered across the city. The city was also very clean and well taken care of. The architect style was a mixture of 21st century Earth and mediaeval times, perfectly complemented each other in a masterpiece manner.
Walking along the stone paved streets, Zixin was enthralled by it all. Different races lived together in peace, everyone not interfering with each other’s lives. There were even guards that kept and protected the peace of the city. Thieves and criminals who were caught were immensely taken away while they begged for a second chance.
"Don’t worry about the communication. Everyone living in the human cities has learned at least three of the human languages so communication is not an issue." said Robert.
"How many human languages are there and why are there so many of them?" asked Zixin.
"I don’t know. I guess it’s one of the perks of reaching the Wizard Status. Once a Mage becomes a Wizard, they qualify to create a language and spread it across the human cities. Rumour has it that they are trying to create a language with similar effects to that of the Dragon Language. The Dragon Language is one of the most powerful languages in the world. A single word can evoke Mana to go out of control and create a phenomenon." explained Robert.
Soon they reached a tall building with words written in bold on the glass door, "Adventurers Guild" were the words written on the door.
One of Robert’s teammates pushed the door open and they all entered. Inside the building, there were many tables occupied by drunk groups who made a lot of noise from laughing and chatting. Furthest from the door was the reception desk and on either side of the reception desk were two large screen t.v. ’s with many missions on them. One could scroll down with their finger to find a mission that suited them. ʀᴇᴀᴅ ʟᴀᴛᴇsᴛ ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀs ᴀᴛ 𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭•𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙚•𝕟𝕖𝕥
"Miss Portia, we’ve come to submit the completion of our mission." said Robert while giving the receptionist his guild card. The reception was quite a beauty with fair skin, big eyes and two bunny fluffy ears on her head.
Miss Portia took the card and tapped it on her desk and on the smaller glass screen that resembled a tablet, information about the mission appeared and also Robert’s information. It was actually the tablet that processed Robert’s information and gave out an evaluation. This evaluation would determine if bonus rewards could be obtained or not.
After the information processing was complete, then came the evaluation and once that too was complete, words appeared on the screen. The screen glowed in the dangerous red light as the number "6" kept appearing on screen. Miss Portia only widened her eyes for a moment before her expression returned to normal.
"How did you survive?" she asked.
"This gentleman here was actually the one who saved our lives. He was the one who got rid of the insects inside our bodies." answered Robert even though he’d included this information in his report. Miss Portia then turned to me, expressionless with a blank gaze.
"I’d rather not say." replied Zixin. Miss Portia gave him a deep look before typing a message on her tablet and sent it.
"You’ve provided us with extremely valuable information and for that, your reward shall be multiplied ten times. Not just that, you’ll also get Honour Badges for your bravery and risking your lives to bring back this information." said Miss Portia before dismissing them.
The group was so excited that their faces literally beamed from joy. They cared less about the money and more about the Honour Badges since they came with many perks.
"Benefactor, since you don’t have an identity here, how about I help you register for one. It’ll only take a few minutes then we can go collect the rewards." offered Robert.
"Alright," nodded Zixin after pondering for a few seconds.
Robert then led him to a machine at the corner of the lobby. Then Robert asked for his name, gender, race, age and most importantly, what he was good at. Zixin had long since forgotten his age so he didn’t answer and he also didn’t know what his race was so he called himself a hybrid.
As for the question of what he was good at, Zixin had a plethora of such abilities but stuck out to him. When he was walking in the city, some non-humans were chatting in their native languages which Robert and his group didn’t understand but he could. Even when conversing with Robert, he conserved in their own language even though he doesn’t know it but he hadn’t noticed that at all and just thought he was speaking the cultivator language.
"How about Languages, I can understand many languages so I can be a translator, what do you think?"
"That’s okay but such profession can’t just be written down. You’re gonna have to take a test to prove that you really know many languages. The Translator Profession falls under the special category."
"Then where do I take a test?"
"Someone will come and fetch you shortly. Let’s fill in the rest of your information before they come."
While Zixin was filling in the application, someone was already sent out by the Adventurers Guild to deal with the Blockade Termites.
A being wearing orange red robes stood in the air, his expression one of arrogance and pride. He was very handsome with fiery eyes that were yellowish orange. Below him, there was a mound with many Blockade Termites coming out from it and flying around looking for prey. The ground was littered with corpses of different races and beasts.

A massive magic circle appeared in the sky with small magic circles floating around its circumference and when the magic circles lit up, walls of fire rose from the ground in the form of a cube and covered a one kilometre area. The Blockade Termites were all trapped inside this fire cube and inside, only flames could be seen, everything else was incinerated.
[Close!] said the man and the cube shrunk down until it was marble sized then the man waved his hand and the cube was extinguished. Below him, in a one kilometre surface area, there was no sign of life. The flames had even penetrated deep underground, leaving glass shards on the ground. This was the overwhelming power of a Six Star Mage.
