"Sure, book a spot!" Ye Chen said with a smile.
"Let’s go to the seaside then!" Lin Yuqing suggested.
"Alright, I’ll wait for you. Bye!"
After hanging up the phone, Ye Chen walked outside.
Ye Chen left the hotel and drove away from the place.
Ye Chen drove straight to the seaside, ready to meet Lin Yuqing there.
Not long after Ye Chen had parked his car at the seaside, Lin Yuqing got out of her vehicle, and upon seeing Ye Chen, a sweet smile appeared on her face.
Ye Chen got out of his car and walked towards her; they strolled to the edge of the shoreline together.
"Yuqing, your clothes smell nice." Ye Chen took a whiff and then wrapped his arms around Lin Yuqing’s slender waist, gently kissing her tender red lips as he said with a chuckle.
Lin Yuqing’s cheeks turned crimson with a kiss from Ye Chen, and she playfully chided him.
"Stop it now, there are so many people here. I am a young lady; how can you just kiss me like that?"
"Hehe, Yuqing, don’t worry about others misunderstanding, we’re not really in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, just ordinary friends," he said.
While saying this, Ye Chen took Lin Yuqing’s hand and walked forward, holding her hand.
Lin Yuqing, her cheeks flushed with shyness, whispered softly, "You’re really terrible."

After Lin Yuqing spoke, she linked arms with Ye Chen and walked towards a boulder.
It was a spacious boulder, surrounded by calm sea water, not too turbulent and not too deep, with some fish occasionally darting through it.
With her arm in Ye Chen’s, both of them sat on the boulder, looking at the sea, their hearts filled with a romantic flavor.

"Don’t worry, I’m not that fragile; I’ve got everything under control." Ye Chen patted his chest and said.
Lin Yuqing looked at Ye Chen and laughed, shaking her head.
She knew Ye Chen’s personality very well. Although he said he wasn’t that fragile, his heart was more vulnerable than anyone else’s.
"In the time we have been together, I can see you’ve had a hard time," Lin Yuqing said to Ye Chen in a soft voice.
Ye Chen smiled and said, "I’m fine, it’s just a little setback."
"I’ve looked into that Situ Bo," Lin Yuqing said.
"Who is he?" Ye Chen asked.
Lin Yuqing said, "He’s a friend of my father’s in the business world, he’s always had designs on me, but he hasn’t succeeded."
Ye Chen raised his eyebrows; he didn’t have much of a good impression of Situ Bo.
Lin Yuqing said, "Ye Chen, no matter what, I hope you can take good care of yourself."
Ye Chen nodded and said, "I know. You don’t need to worry. I’ll take care of myself. As for you, you’re always at the company. You must be very tired, right?"
"Yuqing, you don’t have to worry. I’m here. Your job is to just quietly stay in the company. You don’t need to go anywhere. I’ll handle it myself," Ye Chen said earnestly.
