His steps were nimble, gripping the ground with his feet, twisting his body, and sidestepping to avoid a blow, then he smashed his fist hard into the zombie’s back. The zombie’s back caved in, it collapsed to the ground, and he crushed its head with his foot.
His moves were decisive and dominant, and the power in his punches was astonishing.
Clearly, he was an Awakener of strength.
After dealing with the follower zombies.
Chen Wu raised his head towards Sun Neng, who was in the car following behind, as if to say, "Did you see that? This is strength, this is power."
He then got back into the car, started it up, and drove in through the gate that someone had opened from the inside, entering the martial arts school grounds.
Chen Wu and Duan Yi got out of the car.
"Senior brother, senior sister."
A thin, not very tall kid ran over.
Chen Wu said, "Little Radish, keep an eye on the people in the car behind. Your senior sister and I are going to find the principal."
"Understood, don’t worry,"
declared Little Radish ardently, then with a tiger’s gaze he stared keenly at Sun Neng in the car, his shifty eyes like radar, constantly locked on, ensuring he wouldn’t slip from his sight.
"Dad, I’ve brought back the satellite phone," said Duan Yi as she placed the phone on the desk, then continued, "We brought back a survivor on our way here. His name is Sun Neng. He says he comes from Huang City. I thought Dad would have a lot of questions for him, so we brought him back."
Leaning against the car door, Sun Neng surveyed his surroundings. His eyes took in the towering walls that were at least four meters high, topped with spiral coils of barbed wire.
A normal fence would be around 2.2 meters tall.
Clearly, the principal of the martial arts school knew the students’ capabilities, hence the exceptionally high walls.
Honestly, such tall walls should be enough to stop ordinary zombies, but if there are enough zombies, they could form a horde and no wall, no matter how tall, would suffice.
Sun Neng noticed the short watcher who, according to their conversation, was named Little Radish and indeed looked like a radish. While he observed the other, Little Radish’s eyes rounded and stared intently at him.

"Kid, how many people do you have here?" asked Sun Neng.
Without a word, Little Radish growled in front of Sun Neng, fists on his waist, and then performed a set of boxing moves in front of him, which he executed quite skillfully, although halfway through he became out of breath.
"Behave yourself. My senior brother and sister have gone to see the principal. Don’t think you can take me just because I look like a kid. This boxing technique I’ve been practicing for at least ten years, and if I hit you with it, it’s going to hurt,"
Little Radish warned him.
Little Radish’s earnest display made Sun Neng burst out laughing. He hadn’t expected to meet such an innocent kid in this apocalypse.

Little Radish frowned, his forehead lined with three stripes, feeling displeased at the stranger’s laughter.
Seeing the newcomers, Little Radish heaved a sigh of relief. With the arrival of his senior brother, senior sister, and the principal, his job was done.
"Hello, I am the principal here, Duan Chenghu."
"Principal Duan, hello, my name is Sun Neng."
The initial impression he got was that the people in this martial arts school seemed normal. Though he couldn’t be sure if they were good or bad people, at least for now, they seemed to retain their humanity.
"My daughter mentioned that you came from Huang City?"
Duan Chenghu inquired. He could tell that the young man in front of him was an Awakener and very composed. He seemed harmless enough, but his gaze revealed that he was certainly a tough character.
"Yes, I came from Huang City. Did you manage to get a satellite phone to call Lin Fan?"
Sun Neng had met people in the trading post who knew of Huang City, and even ordinary survivors knew about it, so surely Awakeners like them were even more aware.
Duan Chenghu didn’t answer but instead asked, "Can you tell us about the situation in Huang City and this Lin Fan?"
"Have you seen the ’Zombie Album’?"
Sun Neng’s thoughts had shifted. He originally thought they wanted to contact Lin Fan in Huang City and then travel there for safety, but seeing Duan Chenghu’s lack of response, he had an inkling that getting the satellite phone might not mean they intended to go to Huang City.
Could they be thinking, as others before had, about luring Lin Fan here and then doing something terrible?
If that was the case,
he could only say these people were truly foolish.
But it might not be so. From what he could tell on the surface, these people didn’t seem brainless.
"I have," Duan Chenghu replied. "I saw the contents of the ’Zombie Album’ a long time ago, but we have some doubts about the contents. The zombies described there seem quite unreal to me."
Sun Neng smiled, "No, everything you’ve seen is real. There’s nothing false in the ’Zombie Album’. All the zombies described there truly exist."

"Is Huang City really safe?"
