I have an infinite number of shikigami Chapter 374

A faint sound of sighing.

The porch light gently illuminated Hoshimi Rinko’s face, her enchanting lips softly moving, as if reciting a name, with a gentle smile at the corner of her mouth.

The long-haired senior, bathed in moonlight.

It was a scene beyond reality, Fujiwara Reya had the illusion of seeing an elf or fairy.

Under the soft starlight, her fair skin glowed faintly. Each time the sea breeze blew, the long hair draped over her shoulders danced along. Like a fairy, the girl softly sang. The surrounding was a pitch-black and deep sea, her delicate singing sounded like a mermaid surfacing to sing.

Fujiwara Reya stepped forward.

The singing abruptly stopped.

"Leave, you’re not welcome here." Hoshimi Rinko tilted her head, her adorable face making it hard to look away.

"Could you be a little less gentle when sentencing me to death?" Fujiwara Reya smiled as he walked onto the deck.

Hoshimi Rinko had no interest in bantering with him any further.

She raised her gaze, admiring the night sky, tonight the stars shone brilliantly.

Fujiwara Reya shifted his gaze and looked to the side.

Through the dim light, he saw Kasahara Asuka’s eyes, it was like the junior was puffing up angrily at him. Her hair was slightly disheveled and still dripping with water. Upon seeing her senior’s face, she immediately frowned but soon smiled.

"Want some watermelon?" She held up the half-eaten watermelon in her hands.

In casual shorts and a T-shirt, her pale feet were pressed together, painting a refreshingly cool picture.

"I’ll take half." Fujiwara Reya sat cross-legged between the two girls.

Kasahara Asuka wielded the fruit knife, cutting the remaining half of the watermelon into three pieces.

The three of them sat on the ground, jovially chomping on watermelon.

No one spoke, words seemed trivial at that moment.

The melon was sweet, and their throats were just parched, Fujiwara Reya devoured the fruit as if trying to drink up all the juice. Overhead, the splendid Milky Way unfurled, rising as if it were about to soar into the sky. Looking at it, he felt as though he too had become a child on summer vacation.

The sea breeze was neither urgent nor weak, the sky full of stars, everything around was silent.

The porch light spilled down.

In the orange glow, Kasahara Asuka’s brow furrowed as she gazed at the starlit sea.

"Hey, hey," she couldn’t stand it anymore and nudged Fujiwara Reya’s leg, "Say something, or I’m leaving."

Fujiwara Reya pretended to think, shaking his head in a circle.

"Say whatever comes to mind." Kasahara Asuka added.

"Cats are four-legged animals."

"Isn’t it your turn to speak?"

"Elephants are also four-legged animals."

"Isn’t it your turn to speak?"

"Wooden Senior!" Kasahara Asuka raised her foot and kicked, her smooth feet slipping into his arms without pulling back.

Fujiwara Reya held her small feet like a treasure: "My lady, judging by these pretty feet, you must be a ballroom dance expert, right? You must be good at trendy dance too."

"I haven’t danced with anyone yet."

Unlike usual, saying this, Kasahara Asuka appeared a little forlorn, her gaze empty as she stared at the stars.

"I haven’t danced either, but if the junior is willing to dance with me, I’d surely learn it on the spot."

"It would be great if there was a ball."

"Waltz, tango, anything goes."

"That’s true elegance, a grand ball with wild dancing. The costumes of the men are neither masculine nor feminine. What color were those clothes? Rainbow-colored?"

"Oh, the one in the sky, all multi-colored."

"Right, right, men and women all mixed, all are rainbows." Kasahara Asuka made a slight shrug that seemed a bit uncomfortable.

"That gesture, it’s similar to your sister’s." Fujiwara Reya reached out, intending to ruffle her hair.

Kasahara Asuka tilted her head to dodge, then clenched a small fist and gave his side a soft punch.

Her small, soft hand made it seem more like playful banter between a couple.

But seeing the junior’s discontented expression, Fujiwara Reya politely feigned a painful cry: "Ouch, that hurts..."

But even so, Kasahara Asuka’s mood didn’t improve, and she coldly glared at the Wooden Senior.

The night sky sparkled with stars, the glow of the Milky Way like a clear river. The sound of waves was not fierce, sounding like healthy snores, very rhythmic and peaceful.

Hoshimi Rinko sat sideways, watching the bickering two as one would watch unruly children.

"Are you an idiot!" Kasahara Asuka puffed up and said.

"Uh, wait, no." Fujiwara Reya explained, "I wasn’t saying you’re imitating Fukaeri, but rather..."

"Shut up!" Kasahara Asuka didn’t listen to him at all, lifted her foot from his arms, and directly sealed his mouth.

Her freshly washed feet, tender and moist, carried a fragrance.

"Could you please let me finish?" Fujiwara Reya somewhat reluctantly moved her foot down, keeping it in his hand to stop her from kicking randomly, "Sixteen already, don’t act like a spoiled and stubborn child."

"Oh, thank you for your self-introduction."

"You’re welcome... No, wait, I was talking about you, although sometimes I can be immature too." Fujiwara Reya laughed along, holding her ankle and gently shaking, "Don’t be mad, after all, you’re the Little Devil Junior, don’t walk a melancholic path."

Kasahara Asuka didn’t even glance at him, coldly snorting.

That upturned little chin, both proud and noble, made one want to grab it and kiss her until her legs went weak, then ask if she dared again. If she dared, they’d continue kissing, kissing until she was tearfully begging for mercy.

The more Fujiwara Reya thought of that scene, the more he wanted to carry it out.
