Lucius untied Alicia, letting her sleep peacefully as he slowly turned her around to see if she had truly gotten a mark engraved on her body.
He turned her around carefully, and right over her womb, there was a distinct mark. It looked extremely complex and was quite hard to describe, but there was no doubt in anyone’s mind that it was the result of the skill Lucius had just obtained recently.
’This means that I now have access to her strength?’
Lucius couldn’t believe his mind. This skill was absolutely amazing if it was actually real.
Lucius didn’t feel anything different about his body; it felt the same. However, he couldn’t wait to test if it would actually cause some changes.
After all, he remembered the values of Alicia’s stats, and they had been scary—very scary. That was the main reason why she had been given the job of acting as a guard.

Lucius got everything done and went to sleep, as he was very tired from those late-night activities.
The next day quickly came, and it was time for the Multiverse General Store to open once more.
Lucius couldn’t wait to see who would be coming to see him this time. After all, last time, he had had two very interesting individuals visit, one of them being Lilith and the other a human from his own world.
Lucius still had a good inventory for the time being. However, he knew that there was still a problem. He needed to get a bigger variety of products, and for that, he needed to level up the store.
For the first time, he had managed to do it through random quests from the system. But Lucius wanted to know of a more sure-fire way of achieving a level up. He didn’t want to leave it up to chance.

Lucius nodded as the system continued to read his thoughts, which was not something he particularly minded for the time being. After all, the system had only shown itself to be useful thus far, pushing him in directions that Lucius already wanted to take in the first place.
Lucius headed downstairs as he suddenly remembered that the entire store had been revamped and upgraded.
He noticed it by the material used for the stairs he was currently walking on.
They were pearly white and seemed to be composed mainly of quartz, a material that is quite expensive to use.
As Lucius continued to walk down, he was presented with a completely new appearance.
The store looked to be in much better condition. Everything was in perfect condition, and the store had also grown slightly bigger.
There were now two more shelves to place products on.
However, there was not enough inventory to fill those shelves just yet.
’I need to make sales. Let’s hope Lilith has already spread the word about this place.’
Lucius hoped that some of Lilith’s friends would be heading to visit his store quickly since they were bound to have a lot of money. After all, she was someone who was extremely powerful, which meant she had powerful friends.
And most of the time, powerful beings have a lot of resources, which is exactly what Lucius was looking for.
’I need to be ready if they come.’
Over the night, Lucius had thought about it and realized something quite important with this new skill of his.
The more powerful women he would have sex with, the stronger he would become. It didn’t even take that many people. If he had sex with Lilith, then he would become even stronger than her since he already had Alicia’s stats.
Lucius had the chance to become one of the strongest beings in the world with this new skill, and he would not let this opportunity go.
’How many more employees do I need before I can leave the store again?’ Lucius thought with a slight frown, hoping that the system would reply to him.

Lucius smiled at that information, as he now had to find two more employees just like Alicia.

He knew that Alicia might have a strong reaction because of it. However, he was ready to accept it, as Lucius had to charm some people to become his employees.
He also grabbed a Love Potion from one of the shelves and poured some into a glass.

His smile grew bigger rapidly.
’I wonder how Alicia will react when she sees that I hired someone else.’
Lucius could already sense how jealous she would be from here.
Still, a few more minutes passed, and Alicia was still dead asleep.
’Looks like I’ll have to open the store without her.’
Lucius quickly got to work and opened the store, not too worried about troublemakers since he now presumably had Alicia’s strength inside of his body, meaning that almost no one could ever hurt him.
Then, the moment Lucius opened the store, someone entered, a small portal forming followed by the sound of a bell.
